The most efficient is Honeywell PTM7950 phase-change material is more thermally conductive than the best pastes. And gummy thermal paste Upsiren UX Pro Ultra, Laird 607 or K5 Pro on the vrams and power section because have much better thermal conductivity than most thermopads.
