- Once the A380 program fully comes to a close, Airbus’ largest widebody in production will be the A350. Initially entering service in 2015, the A350 is also Airbus’ newest line of aircraft (excluding updated variants of older models like the A320 and A330). So why did Airbus build this aircraft and how has market response been? Let’s find out.

I think the A350 is a well played hand by Airbus : one single model to rival and go head-to-head with two of Boeing's.
Not to mention it’s BEAUTIFUL
My new favorite plane... love the look of the winglets and the black paint on the cockpit windows looks like a superhero mask. Beats the 787!
A350 is definitely the best plane out there at the moment
Plot twist: the A360 nose is gonna connect to the tale to form a circle
They looked at the design and well...ITS BEAUTIFUL
Airbus really outdid themselves beautifully. They knew the A380 wouldn't last long, they made a better backup plan. And knowing how the newer 777 and 787s would perform, they have made their most worthy contestant.
Your information on range for A350-1000 is outdated. Since July 2019 with a MTOW of 319MT it flies 8,600NM with full cabin, including standard reserves, no cargo
Man, you are cranking these videos out! Keep up the great work!

I love how at
As usual another excellent, informative video. Keep up the great work. Thank you!
Brief and always on point. Keep it up!
TBH, the 359 isn"t directly competing with the whole 787 series, it looks like the 350 family is a response to the current 777 family only and replace their old 340 family. If you look deeper with the spec of 787 family, you could find that -8 is in addition to replace the 767 family, it also competing with 332/338, on the other hand -9 is competing with of 333/339. The spec of 787-10 and 359 are quite unique, for example -10 could carry similar passenger as 359, however it flies shortly range, which is could only fit to few route but gain a huge income, for example, HKG>TPE, HKG>ICN, HKG>SIN. Lastly, the spec of 359, which could be a replacement of 772 and for carriers demand something better than 333 but not 777, the 359 is perfectly adopted into this market.
Fantastic video!

I’ve flown on Cathay Pacific’s A350 and it was just wonderful!
I prefer the A350 to the 787, simply because it is quieter for the passenger.
Thx very much
Both are my fav acft B787 & A350 😍
