Hello I'm Dr. Richard E Blair I'm a primary care doc. I've been practicing primary care for 25 years and I do so because I enjoy taking care of people. I'm a Louisville native, attended school here through high school. I left when I was 17 with the college and spent 30 years in the military, after I retired from the military, I came back here for family reasons and I get a great amount of satisfaction from helping people. I like to run, I'd like to spend time with my wife and spend time, with my family that for children. I really like to fish and tell lies about my vision.
