Liminal Spaces in Sims 2

I've often thought Sims 2 has such a liminal vibe, so I thought it would be fun to create some liminal spaces.
Liminal spaces: Imagery that refers to places that are transitory and empty, such as a train station after hours. Often evokes feelings of nostalgia or unease.

Oml, what lighting mods and default replacements do you use to make TS2 look like that?

For the lighting mod, I use gunmod’s radiance. The rest is just a lot of cc, in game lighting setup, reshade and editing.
