Hi, Welcome to My Channel! Thank you so much for watching my video and taking the time to write! You can use this on dry hair or wet hair. I only wash my hair once a week. So, straight after towel drying my hair, I put this on and of course, for the next 6 nights, I put on my hair that is dry. Use this in the evening if you can. In the evening, that is when our bodies/cells repair themselves and therefore allow any active ingredients that you have put on your skin/scalp to have take their full effect. I hope this helps.
