@sharmisthapatra447 Hi, Welcome to My Channel ! Thank you so much for watching my video ! Yes, you do need to use this every night. I don't use the whole 6 ml bottle, I tend to use half. I find that half is plenty on the areas where I need treatment for my scalp. That also saves a bit of money too. But you do need to use everynight before bedtime.

@sharmisthapatra447 You use until the whole box is finished. There are 10 bottles of 6 ml in each box. I tend to buy 2 boxes, which means 20 bottles and about 40 uses, so 2 boxes give me 30-40 days of use if I am careful. I try to give each new hair treatment product 1 month, before I decide whether to continue with it or try another brand. It is good sometimes to alternate between different products after a couple of months. I hope this helps. From what you have described about the skin on your legs, especially the "alligator" looking part, I would definitely recommend that you start using a body lotion that contains AHA/BHAs. I used to have similar looking skin on my legs (I learnt later it is simply excess skin) and the AHA/BHA lotion helped to literally remove all that. So, I believe what I had is like what you described as 'alligator' looking skin. I believe this CeraVe SA Lotion would definitely help. Use it every night to start with. Once all that scally skin start disappearing, you can alternate the SA lotion with a moisturiser. Hope this helps. Again, thank you for taking the time to write. All the best! So, straight after towel drying my hair, I put this on and of course, for the next 6 nights, I put on my hair that is dry. Use this in the evening if you can. In the evening, that is when our bodies/cells repair themselves and therefore allow any active ingredients that you have put on your skin/scalp to have take their full effect. I hope this helps. Hi, Welcome to My Channel! This Retinol Serum in my opinion is of "low strength", so anywhere from 0.01 to 0.1%. In my personal opinion, because of the efficacy of the Retinol in this product, I presume it is about 0.1%. CeraVe hasn't disclosed the % strength, so this is just my personal guess. Usually when a company doesn't disclose its % Retinol strength, it is usually on the "low strength" side. It is quite a safe product to use. Do try it but do watch for any skin reactions. Hi, Welcome to My Channel! Thank you so much for watching my video! You can use any moisturisers on top of this AHA serum. What type of moisturiser depends on which stage your skin is at? Is you skin dry or oily or sensitive? For me personally, my skin is trending towards dryness as I am of mature age. My favorite right now, is the Kiehl's 24 hour hydration moisturiser & the Sunday Riley's Ice Ceramide. I prefer a moisturiser that contains "fruit seed oil" as my skin needs that oily texture for barrier protection. Paula's Choice has some decent moisturisers as well. La Roche Posay & Avene has decent moisutisers for those with sensitive skin. I hope this helps. Straight after you've washed your face in the morning and towel dry your face and after washing your face in the evening. "Serum" always go straight on clean dry skin. Your skin doesn't have to be too towel dried. For me, I just sort of 'dap dry' my face. As long as all that dripping water is gone. A bit of dampness on skin is perfectly okay. I hope this helps. Obviously you did go to the same website where I obtained my Propaira from. It would be the Australian website as it is an Australian brand. So, yes, that is where I get my Propaira products from. I haven't seen it at any retailers here in NZ, such a shame as it is a genuinely excellent skincare brand. I usually wait till I need a few products then I put in an order, I purchase their Retinol, Pigmentation serum, sunscreen, etc., then put in the order to make my $30 postage worth it if you know what I mean. Yep I went to their main website, I’ll definitely consider buying from them when my current sunscreen runs out, I naturally have a lot of redness on my face and I see they have a green tinted spf which I’ve seen helps a lot with balancing out red tones. I’d also be keen on their urea exfoliating cream for chicken skin, as someone that has skin drier than the Sahara desert I appreciate the fact they put an emphasis on hydration by using vitamin b3 and glycerin in most of their products!

I do feel for you cos my self esteem was quite affected at one point. I suffered from Rosacea on my cheeks and my legs used to look "scaly" (mine is just excess skin). My skin is much better now. So, good healthy skin can happen, I assure you. You are definitely on the right track by seeking out Niacinamide, Vit B3. Niacinamide will calm redness on your face and an exfoliating body cream can remove excess skin on legs. Any product with 10% Niacinamide will over time settle all that redness on your skin. I do like the Propaira brand and it does have some genuinely great products. Let me know how you get on. All the best!

The question is which ones really work cos' there are so many out there, plus quality skincare products are not cheap! From my own personal experience, the products that had definitely faded my dark spots (on my cheeks especially!) are Kiehls' 'Fast RElease Wrinkle Reducing Night Serum' and Paula's Choice Retinol 1% Super Booster. An AHA/BHA Night leave on serum can also fade dark spots, my personal preference is Sunday Riley's Good Genes 10% Lactic Acid. Australian brand Propaira has a specific pigementation cream called " Niaben HQ cream with 1.4% Silymarin, that is also my favorite. I hope this helps. Feel free to ask any further questions. "Retinol " is a powerful skincare ingredient that encourages cell turnover, getting rid off old skin cells and generating new ones, hence that youthful look. It doesn't contain Retinol or L' Ascorbic Acid (Vit C) which can sometimes cause irritation on delicate skin. I personally use the Paula's Choice 20% Niacinamide for my eyes as it provides good hydration and lighten the darkish skin under my eyes. It is a fabulous product. I don't understand why Elizabeth Arden products, especially the Prevage range is so ultra expensive in NZ. One explanation could be that the NZ dollar is a lot weaker than the Pound and the Euro, unfortunately. I think with a weak exchange rate, some of these overseas skincare products are becoming very pricey here. I have noticed a lot of skincare products at the "Mecca" (the giant skincare/makeup store chain in Australia/NZ), the prices have gone up significantly. Things are becoming very expensive! But as I age, my skin is getting drier, that is generally what happens when people age unfortunately, their skin getting drier. I am using more cream cleansers these days but the La Roche Posay Tolerianne range, I do highly recommend. I still use the Tolerianne moisturisers - fragrance free, no alcohol, etc. They are well formualted products. I hope this helps. For an update, my husband and I still use "hair regrowth" products everyday, it definitely has helped us to keep the hair on our heads! and provide new hairs on a daily basis. My husband still uses this product though he changes brands and different ones throughout the year. What I found to be most effective, is to change products every 3-4 months. Hair regrowth products can reach a plateau, where nothing is happening and your hair seems to be thinning and falling out a lot with no regrowth, etc. That's when you need to change to a different product or brand. I hope this makes sense. So, that is the conclusion that I have reached after using hair regrowth products for nearly 10 years now. Numinox is still brilliant and I would still recommend it, but do swap brands throughout the year so your hair follicle gets a fresh set of "chemicals" to help with regrowth. Hope this makes sense. I personally only use a half ampoule per day. I find half an ampoule is more than enough. I do the front section of my head one day and then back section the next day and repeat the pattern. Hi, Welcome to My Channel! No, Astaxanthin does not cause skin tanning nor darkening of the skin after continuous use of 3 months. I have taken Astaxanthin for nearly 7 years now and my skin hasn't darkened nor gone more tanned. I have not read any scientific research about its tanning effect. If anything, Astaxanthin has so many skin benefits, it really can slow down the effects of aging. I hope this helps.
