They actually do surprisingly well. It's nice they aren't very bulky, it's more of the string lights and how tight or loose you have them hanging that will influence how hard the poles potentially move. The barbs at the bottom of these poles are big enough and also the forks are wide enough that they are very stable
I can't remember the name of the landscaper that did it to be honest. I bet though if you hit up a contractor in your area or a landscaper what does cement, you could get something similar. Sorry that's no help lol
