Hello sir - Thanks for sharing this information, I wanted to know for how many days once you water the plants & how many liters of water you provide to saplings !!! Appreciate if you can clarify this !!! Dhanayavadha nimha mahithi ge 🙏
@@vighneshaadiga1915 - Really appreciate your quick reply, I'm starting to plant Areca nut saplings in my agriculture land, I have been instructed to provide water around 45 to 60 liters once a week & in summer may be twice a week... I have also been instructed to check the pit near saplings, only if the soil is dry then only to provide water !!! Ur suggestions is daily watering ???
Arecanut has a different watering needs... It usually likes to be drained condition, but, needs water often... Suggest look at university recommended for your region... I can connect you to right agricultural dept people
@@vighneshaadiga1915 Again, thanks for your reply, Yes I'm from Bangalore, Malleswaram... I have recently bought 1.5 acre agriculture land in Nelemangala Taluk, Issuvanahalli village... Planning to grow Areka nut tree... This is the advice I got from one of the farmer, however I would like to connect with you to learn more, if that is OK with you... Is there an mail ID or contact number to get in touch with you???
Hi.. nice video. What is the effective gap between coconut saplings, if it is planted only in the border (just 1 line of plantation) of land & what is the distance from the fencing.
Hey Bro, I have been following your videos for a while and I have been looking to do similar kinda stuff like purchasing land outskirts and planting trees on an agroforestry model. My pick is coconut in a organic manner and my desirable place would be TN. Kindly suggest to me some ideas if possible. Regards
Hi Theodore, thanks for your note. Yes, coconut in TN soil works better...if you are looking at forestry, then, I suggest research teakwood, Silver oak or Agarwood.

Sir, we water every day for around 30min along with other crops... Around 30liters to 100liters depending on number of valves open around
