@@giannibello7814 first of all make sure put IR remote conrol wire in the stick its a wire connected with a plastic round circle ⭕️ kind of thing with it so please put that wire in stick

@ its ok for the price and everything works smoothly but if u want fast technology then fire tv stick or other higher devices with high prices are better than this … but for the cheap price its also good not bad it works

I cant get mine to connect to my wifi, i've tried it on 3 TV's but no joy.
Have u tried to reset the whole device and also check your router settings may be it will help you
If your Wi-Fi is 6, this is probably the reason why you are not connecting. Try using an older router.
