@@mrAPchem he probably refers to the glaives; one of my chief conplaints is how one dimensional or braindead people seem to get with Sareena. Khameleon doesn't have that issue because her auto cycling requires the player to manage her guises effectively and efficiently to perform well (and all three give Sub-Zero something incredibly valuable to work with). Sareena users often just spam out the glaives and seldom take advantage of anything else. Side note: Sektor can prove similarly braindead with the missiles, but his real strengths when paired with Bi Han come from a hit confirmable meterless launcher and the re-stand on flame burner.
@@kylenguyen7371 Yeah, Sareena is extremely easy to use, but really shines when a competent player takes full advantage of her toolset. She's built very well and all of her moves are useful without being too strong. At worst, she's annoying in the neutral, but that's it.
@@azeplays3563 They are both pretty good for him - I haven't looked at Scorpion in a while for him, but I suspect that his safe overhead is more useful for Sub now than it was previously.
@@mrAPchem 100%. Just adds another layer of mixups. You can do f1, 2 and either go scorpion overhead or finish the string and use up kameo. Both get you full kombos. Same applies with b3, 4
I must agree that Khameleon and Sareena are the top 2 kameo options for Bi Han, with Sareena being the one which requires the least effort/mental investment to perform well. The meter drain is oft neglected by players, but Bi Han is among the few main roster Kombatants to best exploit it (the other which comes to mind being Geras). As for his *worst* kameo options...? That's a tough call. Ketchup has a strong case for Darius actually being a useful option, and I've seen Cyrax put in work. My vote is on kameo Kuai Liang; the only thing Kuai provides here is temporary projectile immunity, whereas Khameleon(Jade) can do this along with the glaive toss.
Yeah, Sub seems to play well with more Kameos than many in the cast. I had forgotten to mention Kung Lao in the video - he plays the HTB mixup game with Lao everywhere on screen. It costs meter, but he can do it.
You have to input it backwards. So perform the Ice Ball input and you'll get the Klone. For whatever reason, the game thinks that Sub is in the corner, so that's why you must perform it backwards.

That's what makes both of them so good for Sub. They give him a grounded meterless option from his footsie strings.

Yall sleeping on goro, kombo on Xglide and get up, makes a lot of things safe and the grab is great for mixup with the b3
Goro is good, but his recharge rate and reliance on meter hurts Sub in ways that Sareena/Khameleon do not.
I like goro and scorpion a lot for sub
