Just picked up a Milltek non resonated Exhaust for mine and picked up their down pipe, and Apr stage 1 with intercooler. Once everything comes in and gets installed its going to be a whole new car

Hey man, great video. I was also looking at your other videos, since I just bought an S5 Sportback (B9), 2018, importing it from Germany. How do the doors seal in winter, is it ok when temperatures are below freezing? Considering that there is no door arc, just the glass?

First, congratulations on your new car!
And for your question, I remember that last year 1 night there was a lot of ice rain and next morning I saw that whole car was under half a centimeter of compact ice. I couldn't even open the doors before defrosting. But no ice/water got inside so I can tell you that seals are great. When you open doors on your car, the glass atomatically moves just a little bit down, and when you close door, glass moves up to seal doors perfectly.

Nice Car congrats! I had the 2 door Coupe of your S5 and it is really important to treat the Rubber with something like vaseline... Had multiple occasions in the winter where the glass was frozen to the rubber and i couldnt even get into the Car without defrosting spray and like 15 min waiting

@@TNT_Creations thanks, can't wait, planning to get a new 2021 S5 SB. been with my B8 A4 for 10 years now, been waiting for the perfect Audi to upgrade to. (A7 is also perfect IMO but a bit too pricey for now).

Sounds great! Hey does yours in the morning when you start it, does smoke only come out of mostly the right pipes since the exhaust valves are mostly closed on the left side?
Yeah, I was wondering the same and I read on forum that this is normal. If you want to se smoke/exhaust on both sides, you have to hammer the gas pedal ;)
this happens on every car. Your cat is not warmed up yet so its not working at maximum efficiency. I know this comment is almost a year old but I figured I would leave this here.
sometimes you can have a slight gas smell as well, especially in the winter if you are in a cold climate.

Those 2 cylinders make a difference. I like them both, but V8 sounds a bit wilder. New one is a little more refined.

Old one was 3L v6 supercharged...the gen 1 was 4.2 and no tuneability really as no forced induction

You are right, the pops sound great! This is a car that is made for German market so it seems that efficiency mode is only available in German/European models.
@@TNT_Creations I see, is your consumption lower when driving with efficiency mode?
Yes, you can clearly see the difference. When driving in efficiency, consumption is around 11L/100km (21.4MPG). And in sport (dynamic), the car shifts gears on much higher RPM so consumption doesn't fall below 17L/100km (13.8MPG). And that's for city driving. On open road the difference is not that big, but it really depends how hard you hammer the pedal ;)
@@TNT_Creations Interesting.. I am getting 14 l/100km during city driving in comfort, so reduction to 11 l/100km seems to be quite of a difference. My car is US made, so probably I need to find some coding for opening efficiency mode in drive select. Still thx a lot!
I think that can be done with some coding or maybe some ECU programming. But be careful cause you could lose warranty even with simple adjustments to the ECU. I'm glad I helped :)
Unser S5 TDI hört sich auch schön an, aber das hier is natürlich ne ganz andere Hausnummer. Sehr geiler Sound. 😍

Which one better audi s5 or bmw m340i or amg c43 ? This question always baffles me please an answer
So lets start with this. All 3 cars have 3.0 V6 engine. Bmw and Audi are turbocharged and Mercedes is twin turbo. BMW has 382HP, S5 354HP, and C43 is at 385HP.
0 to 60 - BMW 4.1 sec, S5 4.3 sec and C43 4.2 sec (all extremely close).
About fuel consumption: BMW 11.1 L/100km, S5 is at 11.4 and C43 at 14.2 L/100km.
Prices: BMW and S5 both start at 56800$ and C43 starts at 61000$.
All 3 cars are crazy good and you get fun with V6 power and sound.
C43 is more expensive and consumes more fuel, so you can get car that is fast as C43 and spends less fuel, for less $.
I prefer Audi looks and design, and thing that it is packed with technology and all features, and that interior design is awesome.

Ne znam dali bi ovo pogodio na pravilan hrvatski :). Dali auto ima dumper suspension(Magnetic ride)? Planiram pri kraju ove godine da zamenim svoj A4 b9 sa S5 B9, i zanima me koliko je auto mek u comfort mode. Bice mi ovo i familijaran auto, a imam 2 malisana, pa mi je to jako bitno.

U pravu si, auto ima Magnetic Ride. Mogu reci da se razlika između comforta i dynamica dosta osjeti. U Comfortu auto kao da plovi po cesti, udubljenja i rupe su jako dobro amortizirani i sve ide jako glatlo. Nema buke i udaraca. A Dynamic mod daje veci osjecaj ceste, jos bolju upravljivost na zavojima ali zato se jace osjete rupe na cesti. Ja nisam vozio S5 bez Magnetic Ridea pa ne mogu na taj nacin usporediti ali po onome sto vidim na internetu, ljudi koji su vozili oba modela kažu da magnetic ride radi veliku razliku. I jos jedna stvar, kada po prvi put vozim nekoga u autu, vise puta su komentirali kako auto mekano i glatko ide po cesti tako da mislim da bi ti za mališane to bilo odlicno. I bravo za Hrvatski :)

Should I get an S5 Sportback or a BMW X3 M40i
They are both fast cars. So regarding speed the BMW is 4.8 sec 0-60mps and S5 is 4.5, so Audi is a little faster. Regarding style, I'm not very into SUVs, i prefer sportyer look of sportback. S5 is lower and that's first thing that gives you sporty look and better handling on road and during aggresive driving. But if you prefer to drive in a bigger car, sitting higher than others, then BMW is you choice. Fuel consumption: X3 is heavier and burns a little more than S5. And of course, I like Audi design better (interior and exterior) so I'm voting that you get S5 :)

Pozdrav drug, kako se krece potrosnja ako mozes da mi kazes, npr autoput pri 130-140kmh, po gradu i magistrala 80kmh, jel si merio od 0-100 za koliko sekundi ide? hvala unapred na odgovorima
Ej pozdrav. Ovako, na autoputu ako ides 140 potrosnja je ispod 9L ajmo rec oko 8-8.5L. Na otvorenoj cesti na 80-90km/h, jednom sam se tako vozio pola sata i potrosnja je pala na 6.6L, to je najnize sto sam vidio do sad. A po gradu zavisi kako vozis i da li je guzva, ali najcesce se krece od 10-12L, ako si u velikoj guzvi, koloni onda se penje do 14-15L.
A od 0-100 naravno da sam mjerio, to svako malo testiram ;) do sad najbrze sta sam imao je 4.3 sekunde.

@@armwrestlingforlife kvaliteta interijera je vrhunska, dijelovi su carbon fiber, ostalo je kvalitetan polimer, metal i plastika. Plastika se pod rukom cini kvalitetna i izdrzljiva, i jako rijetko cujem da nesto kvrcne, npr ako je vruce a izadem iz garaze onda se mozda nesto cuje kad se auto naglo zagrije, ali ostalo u voznji je sve cvrsto i kompaktno.

@@armwrestlingforlife zaboravio sam ti napisat za izolaciju. Buke nema uopce. Kad zatvoris vrata cujes motor kako lagano bruji, kad poklopis gas cujes ga kako grmi al to je sve simfonija za usi.

Auto je nadmasio sva ocekivanja! Redovno ga odrzavam po Audijevim terminima i sve je tip top.. Izgled, udobnost, snaga, brzina, ima sve.

This is turbocharged one. Year 2017. That is 2018 in USA.
Random pitanje. Koliko troši na 100km?
Gradska vožnja je najcesce između 10.5 i 13L. Na autoputu kad se vozim 140 je 9.0 do 9.5L. Neka laganija vožnja na otvorenoj cesti npr 90km/h potrosnja padne i ispod 8L. Najniže šta sam vidio do sad je 6.6L :)
I also want to buy this car, does anyone know how the engine is? And how is the gearbox? Does it use a lot of oil? is the engine reliable after 150k km? It concerns the petrol S5
I can't tell you about long term engine and gearbox status. But I haven't heard that any1 had problems with engine. Regarding oil, I did complete oil and filters change last year and since then I just had to pour another half a liter to top it of.

I have my car just over 2 years now. And for what I've seen I can say that cars are very reliable.

I just got my 2018 (with only 8k miles!), and it’s the first year of this body style.
You are probably from US. Redesign came in US in 2018, but here in Europe it was introduced in 2017.

Po gradu između 10 i 12, otvorena cesta je oko 7-9L. A naravno ako ga ganjaš u sportu onda se te brojke penju.

@@arenseeger7242 1 generation before was 2011-2016. This is right after redesign, so it's 2017. And that's what I have on registration.
In Europe b9 was first released as 2017 whereas in the states its 2018

C43 still king.
I have to say it's very nice car. Especially with this V6 385hp engine. Great sound and acceleration. But S5 looks more sporty, and better interior imo.

The V8 makes difference. 2 more cylinders make a deeper sound. But this TFSI V6 sounds perfect.
