I have an idea, when two countryballs fight in different territories, maybe you could do smaller balls who fight on the second field. For example it would be amazing to see a little Odoacer ball and a little Vandal ball fighting in Dalmatia :D And another one, what if the italic people make a rebellion against Odoacer, because they find him weak after the defeat against Vandals and because they are still loyal to the Western Roman Empire? :D
It would be perfect if the Chinese Empire and the Eastern Roman Empire allies together against the Persians (sort of) or maybe the Western Rome reunifies and expans further into Germanic lands. It would be cool if they discover America sooner.

There were no nations recorded in North Africa other then the Kingdom of the Vandals and what the Eastern Roman Empire owned down there, same with the other parts you've named.
I had to make it myself. I didn't use one single scource, I had to use multiple ones and even then they more then often conflicted with each others, so there realy is no 100 percent correct map.
First of all, Catholicism is a branch of Christianity. Second of all, the East-West Schism which would distinguish Catholicism and Eastern Orthodoxy wouldn't happen for another 600 years, so calling it Catholic at this point in time already would be rather confusing.
