I normally wouldn’t look at scenarios like these, but I must say the amount of details and effort gone into this and I’ve always wanted to turn a game scenario into a video and honestly you’ve created a dream of mine. This is amazing I love it.
@@Olilego i do have a discord but I generally like to keep it to personal use. If you check my pinned comment it has a Google sheet attached you can check out! The period of the second Republic and the restoration of the empire is quite interesting and resembles the period of the protectorate in England. The establishment of a constitutional empire seems to me the most likely development of events if the Roman Empire had existed to the present day
You should really try it!!! It's way easier than it looks or seems! My pinned comment has a Google sheet you can check out that basically just shows you how I did it. It's super easy!
I really liked how you added the political parties. It was something interesting to look at since the borders were much more stable, besides the overseas stuff. Also the little label telling us why the Romans lost territory here and there was a great choice.
This is the best and most detailed alt history of Rome I had seen. From the emperors, HRE area, unification, revolutions and eventually going democratic. Also great music. 👍
Such a majestic map most of the time. Ah, it'd be great that you add some other nations around so it's easier to understand what's happening. Outside of that, great job
Id love to honestly but doing just one nation was hard enough if I filled out the map it would have taken forever. I did post pictures of how the world looked at the end in the pinned comment tho if your interested!
Emperor Marco spent his entire life fighting for the reunification of Rome, it was his singleminded vision so when he accomplished that vision yet still lived it broke his mind and he sent the army to "fight on and on till the ends of the earth." His march was so unexpected and rapid that he did end up conquering deep into eastern Europe. He intended to carry on deeper but the endless forests drove him to insanity and the stress likely contributed to the heart attack that ended his life. His eastern conquests was in name only as very shortly after the conquest the newly conquered regions launched insurmountable revolts that his pampered son Nestore was completely unable to handle leading his uncle Constantine III to have him murdered and declare himself emperor.
@@tuxtitan780 yeah so I would sometimes let coups happen for rp purposes and then switch to a new character or dynasty to just try and keep to the ancient Roman tradition of killing and couping their rulers

Native Americans were practically exterminated by Romans in the Caribbean and Central America. They're population was diminished but not exterminated in the Southern USA and Texas. They were largely Assimilated in California and The Northwest. In South America they were largely exterminated by Scandinavian colonization.
