Hii sir my problem is that when i sit for eating with other people's my mind feels axious and my food grass keeps moving in mouth and not goes down from mouth and sometimes thought comes like ommiting and because of this i eat little bit and try to escape from eating food facing problem since a year is this exercise is useful for this problem well i will do this exercise and please if there is any other solution please comment or make short or RUclips video on it so it will be helpful for me and others to thank you!❤

Bhai ma bhi ,6 month se anxiety mehu bahut se doctor se maine appointment lekar Mila bhi bahut se dawai bhi khai lekin me thik nahi ho paya Mera toh logo ka dekhane ka najraya bhi badal gya hai ma kisi ko bhi dekhta hu toh mane bolte rahta hu ki mai use janta hu kya Karu samaj me nahi aa rha hai Or Mera dimag sant bhi nahi rahta din bhar overthinking karta hai
