Another great vid Mr Landgraf. Thanks for the work you put into these over and above you working hard for the band. The insight is so much appreciated. Sending all the positive energy I can from South Australia. Regards, Brad 💪💪💪💪💪
My favorite show was at 1st Ave. Sepultura on the Arise tour, with Sacred Reich and Napalm Death. Up close watching Wileys guitarwork, and strobe lights on Igors double bass. Saw Pantera on Cowboys tour at a club called Mirage in St Paul. It felt like electricity over the crowd literally
Nice, I was at that First Avenue Sepultura show myself. It was an amazing show! I actually saw my first concert in 88 at First Avenue. It was King Diamond for the "THEM" tour, I was 16. There's been a lot of great memories of band performances in that place for me. It is a truly special venue for sure.
I was at the Arlington show last year and I gotta say, ive been to many many many metal concerts & festivals, but when yall were on before metallica friday night it was an amazing experience. The crowd and stadium felt like at any second a riot could kick off like woodstock 99. I saw at one point 9 mosh / circle pits, crowd was singing louder than the PA and the stadium looked like boiling water with everyone rocking out. Ive personally never experienced a crowd that amped up and giving so much love to the band. Anytime yall swing by DFW, Houston or where yall played the night before in The Woodlands (15 minutes from my house) ill be there somewhere in the crowd.
My favorite hang for many moons, saw the greats good bad n ugliest at 1st Ave probably the only thing still visiting in my now turd town, Muderapolis welcome u
Hi bobby love watching your videos, do you and the crew have a bus to get you guys to each show and if so could you film a little of what it's like from that perspective, peace brother !
I saw Pantera headline 7th St Entry on the Cowboys tour. Phil hit the deck and the first words out of his mouth were "Our stage is your stage man, do whatever the fuck you want!" You know the stage is only like 2 feet high. First person gets up and jumps off... security grabs him and starts taking him to the door. He's point back at the stage saying something like "But Phil said..." Out he goes! Second person gets up and jumps off the stage... security grabs him. He's really putting up a fight "But Phil said..." Out he goes! The third person gets up on stage and jumps off. Security grabs him... Out the door he goes! By this time, the crowd finally started to realize their stage was NOT our stage, hahaha. I felt bad for those dudes. That place was like 200 capacity max. You can't just buy another ticket and get back in. They threw those guys out right in front of the doorman. He knew what they looked like and he surely wasn't going to let them back in. Imagine being the guy telling his friends "I saw 30 seconds of Pantera at 7th St Entry." The band was great, as they always were back then. At one point Dime pointed to the PA and said "We'd like to thank the hippies who let us borrow their van speakers", haha. Another thing that stuck with me. Phil started talking about DIO out of the blue and what a legend he was. Then he said "We're gonna be BIG man, you wait and see." He was dead serious. It was just a few years later they were playing Target Center across the street with White Zombie. Those guys were dedicated, they were on a mission, you could feel it. I saw them play 7 times altogether. Including the First Avenue show a couple months before opening for Suicidal Tendencies and Exodus. Ozzfest. The final tour with Slayer and Static X. Legends! Love your channel Bobby. Just found it the other day and I've been going through all the previous videos. You have a great personality. Always with that Cat That Ate The Canary grin on your face. I've been to a million shows and played a few myself, but haven't seen a lot of this behind the scenes crew/tech stuff. It's just fascinating to see how you roll up close and personal. Crew From Hell 2.0 is freakin' awesome. All the best to you and yours!
I greatly enjoyed and appreciate this “Excellent” video! Somewhere along the way I lost out to where father Steve went to: could you update me as to what became of him please? Again, I greatly enjoyed this Excellent” video! Please take care and enjoy the remnants of Summer 2024.
@@BobbyLandgraf Bobby, “Thank you” very the timely reply. I glad he was able to laterally move into that gig. I also appreciate the engaging quality and insightful character of your video installments-“Tireless due diligence and years of conscientious and sacrificial experience their very best.” Take care.
Hey Bobby, I’m curious…how long does it usually take to break everything back down and head out? Obviously break down is 10 times faster than setting up.

Cool. I just got home from Seattle. Will Pantera be doing another tour here in the States? Next year.

@@BobbyLandgraf cool. Are you going to do a video with Chicago show?
Hey Bobby, I’m curious…how long does it usually take to break everything back down and head out? Obviously break down is 10 times faster than setting up.
It always depends on the venue.
We usually roll deep with 30 crew with Video/Lights/Pyro?audio/Backline. It can take a few hours easily
that dude in the black long hair seems like the guy from the fortnite band
Who is running the gate and flanger doubler (Gradying) for Grady during sound check? I'll take the job lol
Did you purify yourself in the waters of Lake Minnetonka brah?
shhhhhh if dime And vinnie was there they'd blow metallica away again like Russia,
Can we talk about rex going BACK to ampeg? I think it sounds better this way
Rex has always played Ampeg
