Its very simple and easy, 1:2 ratio 1 urad daal and 2 rice, soak for few hours , i do 3 hrs or more. blend it and ferment overnight. Watch some videos for dosa batter. Once you learn how to then its easy.

Use stainless steel 18/10 vessels. Dont use aluminum or copper cookware. You can also use pre seasoned cast iron, but these are not available in india, you can get some of these imported cast iron utensils from amazon.

I will be very much thankful to you, if you will kindly share a video on " How To Cook Brown Rice" from basic to end.I have tried to cook twice after soaking for 3 hours, but still the outcome was rice was very dry and somewhat half Cooked even after keeping on gas for 1/2 an hour. Where did I go wrong ? Secondly, due to medical reasons i have been advised to go on a Gluten Free diet and a Big No to Milk and Dairy Products and No Eggs.
