  • How to get into the Marley shape both high and low on the pole. The Marley is for almost EVERY level of poler! This gorgeous shape can be done from the floor or from up high. On static OR spin but I would recommend doing it on spin so you can see all the angles of this one. If you have done a Jasmine then you are ready to try this one out!
    That second foot grab isn't required if you're struggling with the flexibility to reach it but if you are wanting your Marley to look more flexy I encourage you to join my flexibility challenge!     Elizabeth Blanchard ❤ I keep on looking for words to comment your ALWAYS FANTASTIC TUTORIALS, but I have to confess it is so very hard because all of them are absolutely PERFECT and you teach everything so clearly. What I can really say is that you are always on my mind. Next month I will finally have my knee surgery done. My right arm is recovering well. I JUST HAVE ALL THE FAITH I WILL LEARN SO MUCH WITH YOU to a point that you can't imagine that goes on my head. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH 💕

      This one definitely can put some pressure on that knee. I find that the more I push my hips forward (engaging my gluts), the less intense it is on that knee hold.

      I have the same problem and I feel like I'm doing something wrong, sometimes it just hurts too much... not like in a superman kind of way but more in a "something may be wrong with my joints if I keep going" kind of way. I'm just start to experiment with this move but I noticed that the more upright my jasmine is, the less painful Marley is. If I get very low with my body in a jasmine and I'm in am angle to the pole then it hurts but if I keep it more or less 90° then it's better.
