STEMAS honeycomb DOOR ASSEMBLING LINE

Automatic line to assemble just-in-time doors. 3.5 doors each minute.
Loading full layers of materials, ABS and WOOD, from pallet with vacuum bridge.
Two elements are moved together each time into milling and then cutting and drilling stations.
The assembling is done with EVA glue into three stations: 4 elements (2 horizontal + 2 vertical), then lock reinforcement and 2 extra vertical.
