But CauCau CNC1 machines are at the best and unbeatable price and the machine always use some spindle (there are more spindles) or loading the material.

You need some optimization. There is no reason why the two sets of spindles can't be running at the same time. While the pockets for the handles are running the pockets for the hinges could have been done since they are independently actuated. Also, your feeds and speeds are insanely slow. This door should be in, routed and out in half the time or less.

Yes, you are right, this was first prototype, second machine was better optimised - one door in one minute.
