Automatic line to assemble just-in-time doors. 3.5 doors each minute. Loading full layers of materials, ABS and WOOD, from pallet with vacuum bridge. Two elements are moved together each time into milling and then cutting and drilling stations. The assembling is done with EVA glue into three stations: 4 elements (2 horizontal 2 vertical), then lock reinforcement and 2 extra vertical.

Complete line with loading and unloading bridges. The first station has n.6 cnc drilling units with 38 bits each, able to perform 228 holes each 3 seconds. The second station is a through-feed double-side machine to mill tongue and groove connection on the sides. The last station is a grooving machinewith top and bottom sawblades.
