I'm going through a rough time right now, and watching your videos have helped give me some hope. Me and my wife got together in 2009, had a kid in February 2011, and another in August 2012. We got married in November of 2012. I've been in and out of jobs for a while and that drove me to a depression state. I was blind to things she would try to say to me about our relationship. Because of the job thing, I never wanted to think there was something wrong. I screwed up and wasn't there for her the way she deserved. Now I'm willing to do ANYTHING to regain her trust and get her back. I love her more than words can describe and I want to show her that I'm changing for the better for us and the kids. I'm a child of divorce from 1995 and it still effects me to this day. I would give anything to win her heart back. Can you help me? I'm not working at the moment so I can't afford any one on one help. She left 3 weeks ago and says she's scared to try again because she's afraid of the same thing happening. Says that she knows to much about me and don't think I could change. I could never do that again to her again. She's built up resentment towards me and don't think it can go away. I keep the kids while she stays at a friend's house. She comes to see them every couple days, and says she feels good every day until she comes to the house. She's starting to avoid my messages and calls. Sometimes she'll answer sometimes she won't. I'm becoming better as a person. My attitude and the way I used to look at things have changed dramatically. I used to set goals that were unrealistic. Now I'm more focused on a single goal then work from there. Achieve one goal then move on to the next.

Hello this is good ! I didn't think to focus on me but if it will the situation why not. I want to make sure things get better and u have to think outside the box
once i was able to calm down and greive the death of our relationship and i really started focusing on myself going to the gym finding new hobbies etc i finally found my groove and i learned how to be patient again i put my focus on myself and i can say that working on youre personal developement journey works. Last saturday we had such an amazing day together and with her parents and when we got home we even cullded like we used to and ended up hooking up too my surprise. but all day i was able to be myself again and keep my cool and she took notice of that she saw some of the improvements and changes ive made. now the next morning she and texted once or twice and thats okay maybe shes just not fully ready yet truth is were both not. we still have along way to go and i think accepting these things is apart of growing up. Also it helps too just have fun and play together and not talk about youre relationship this is just from my own experience and i took alot of love advice tvs advice. love you guys

Every single person I’ve gone to has told me that he’s not coming back. But I cannot be powerless.
All I have to say is you guys are always on point. Things that you say will happen if I do certain actions sure enough unfold, good and bad. But there is one thing confusing me....why does my ex talk to me in our silly voice we used to speak to each other with while we were together? Should I just go with it or cut it off?

Hey Adrian, you Nat and everyone of your team is doing an wonderful work. My breakup is complicated, she left me for someone else n the reason was me ofcourse. I dnt blame her. But she hates me so much that she doesnt wanna see my face. Every weekend she travels to a different city to work after my break up almost for a month i did not see her but i ran into her in the bus stand from where she leaves every sunday to her workplace in a different city. That was 1st of jan this year. She was very angry at me n pissed off yet. But behaved normally jovially n made her smile in my few funny attempts. She told me tht just coz i talked about my personal life to her friends and i also bad mouthed her. When actually i had only said things only about me to her friend whos a guy. Nothing about her or us. Still she got swayed by them. She was a bit rude cold n distant and ultimately these ppl came into her life when we had a little problems going on n they brainwashed her and now she hates me and broke up with me. I remember she turned her back on me when she saw me in the bus stand but i jst went to her and got her back to bus stand so she can travel coz it was getting cold and nights dark. But after that day i havent seen her. I know i have mistakes but sometimes we dont do it intentionally when anxiety kicks in ppl get over emotional and speak up their pain. But i dont guess i deserve such a harsh punishment of getting separated from my only girl. Help

my ex tried EVERYTHING to get me back but didn't succeed. Listen guys when someone doesn't trust you no matter what you do,he or she won't come back.Trust is everything. when it's lost there is nothing you can do.
Its been a hard ass week of NC. I ignored his last 4 messages. Including the 4th that I did not open.. but saw a part that said " I didnt mean" - I know it wont be something I will like. Until I'm ready emotionally... then I'll open it. I been working out to avoid the stress. I use his pictures to motivate me & why I'm doing it. Yes I want him back but at the same time, Its my way to show anger towards the relationship n heal myself. If that makes sense. I resigned from my job since I saw him daily at work. I couldn't function since the breakup. I know I made the right decision to heal myself because I want too. Maybe not seeing him right now is the best choice atm.

Basically that's like moving on except you still have interest in her. So to resume it's like: Stop thinking about her, work on personal développement, achieve goal go trough a make over then reach out to them again and if it doesn't work then it's over.
Thanks Coach Adrian. I reached out to my ex last Friday. She told me she hasn't changed her mind, that she wants me to move on and to let her know when I find someone else. I told her I still care but I'll try to move on. I asked her if we could both see Avengers infinity war together because we had been planning to see the movie before the break up, she said she didn't want to go with me that she'd find time to go alone. Fast forward to Monday, I went to see the movie on my own, she messaged me on whatsapp later that evening asking for a little help and I helped her with what she requested for. She then asked if I had seen the movie and I told her I had seen it. I noticed she wasn't happy about it. We haven't spoken since then. Do you think I should have acted differently?

Hi Coach. Wanna say this is EXACTLY what happened to me today. I liked this guy at work and he kept blowing hot/cold on me. Finally rejected me which devastated me. I decided to ignore him and just focus on myself n my personal happiness. He noticed my behaviour n gradually started speaking to me again. Through social media and when you meet for the first time with your ex after no contact or radio silence, it's all a journey so you can focus on becoming a better version of yourself so you can reatract that person.

They don't have to. It's about YOU, not them. If you're pleased with your own life and the progress that you've made since the breakup, chances are that you won't even look back at all. That should be the main goal in my opinion whether it includes an ex or not.

Buddy Bud-Bud I feel you man I'm in your same position. I'm clear headed, happy, and content. But I want my ex to be apart of my life to share that happiness with me. In my opinion, I think it's just a time thing and and thing that we can't explain. Over time I believe things will just sort itself out. She knows she can have you whenever she gives a damn. She's probably pissed off and she can smell you wanting her. That's my situation. We have one choice. Stay away at least for 3 to 4 weeks and wait for her move. Don't rush anything. Don't do the mistakes I have done. I rushed and pushed her away...lol

Ive been been given my ex the NC for some time even sometimes when she sends me a text, but its only about work or when she wants something from me. I still have alot of my things over there at her house.
I drop off a bag of dog food for our dogs today and she wasnt home, everthing is still like it is my pictures are still up and my things are still like they were since Oct. when she broke up with me.
I figure she would send me a text to say Thank You for the Dog food like she has done in the past, still nothing out of her. I also have some of her things too like garage door opener and some other items as well and she has not asked for them back as well.

Hello Andrew I love your videos. I'm constantly seen them. Well I'm very depressed. I don't show it, but I am. My ex broke up with me like 10 weeks ago. It is a long time. I found a text from his ex girlfriend asking him to call her. He lied to me saying was his sister, but then he told me the truth. He said sorry first and he was going to stop that communication with her. Next day he said he couldn't stop that and he didn't want to be in a relationship shop where was trust issues from my side, I felt like shying. I still do. I did the no contact rule, and he called me more than a month ago two times back to back, but never left a voicemail so I didnt call back. It was during my last days of no contact. I never call him back and now I feel the guilt why didn't I responded. He never called back, and I texted him the other day ( 5 days ago) asking him about a place he wanted me to take Zumba classes. He responded me very cold the next day saying that he was really busy that day and gave me the name of the place. I said ok I'm going to check that out and thank you. I haven't heard from him. I love him so much. I tried being busy, post staff on fb doing staff, but nothing. I'm scared that he moved on and he maybe went back to his ex girlfriend. I also find out he goes out every weekend and he was flirting with another lady at salsa classes he is taking. I don't know what to do, or if I text him again.

Coach Adrian, I dated a guy for about 2 years after he just got divorce. I know that I know he loved me. But then all of the sudden he wasn’t ready for this relationship. We even talked about marriage. My question is? Was I just a rebound or is there still a chance for us? We’ve been broke up for about 5 months now and I only see him at church occasionally. If I do text him he responds kindly and is always willing to help me if I need help. He is truly a nice guy. We never fought and always had a great time together. But I can’t seem to connect with him even on a friendship level though he says he still wants to be friends but doesn’t seem interested in that either. Any recommendations?

I think all of your advice is great, however i think a lot of it goes out the window when an ex has a mental illness, and completely shuts you out, for no reason, it would great if there was advice relating to such issues of an ex who has just folded due to the burden carried, my ex has completely shut me out, changed numbers, no facebook, no whatsapp, no email, it's not just about getting them back but, seeing if they are ok and not suffering, if you have advice for an ex who suffers with depression and anxiety I'd love to know how to reach out without causing them to feel stalked or controlled
