- I show SOME of my golden age comic books from my collection in this video! I have a MASSIVE collection of golden age comics both graded and raw copies. But to keep this video under 10 minutes, this is what I grabbed, I picked out some random issues from various titles that were just enough to provide a good variety of some of the titles of what my ENTIRE golden age collection consists of. This is possibly one of the greatest collections of golden age comics I've ever seen, this has to be at least worth 5M dollars.
7 years later but all the top books he showed including the Batman 1 are restored. So no where near $5 million.

WOW what a fabulous comic book collection. I envy you. I use to have an impressive comic book collection myself but nothing compared to yours. I had mostly comic books from the 1960's and the 1970's and I still have some but actually gave most of them away. I wish that I still had them.

I watched this whole thing saying to myself these cant be real, but I suspect they are. I just about cried when he showed Captain America #1. Ive wanted that for over 25 years.
I felt that way over the Whiz Comics #1 in part 2. Suddenly, I don't feel as proud of my single page anymore.

A lot of comic books aren't very expensive. You can get some for $3 or less but there are some out there that go for a lot. Sometimes people could be getting some as gifts too and have been collecting since they were kids. Also every May 4th is Free Comic Book Day.

CGC is a great thing. It's nice that the books are protected. It sure makes it hard to look through the books though. I would miss doing that.
Fantastic Four #1 and Captain America #1 for me personally. The others are all beautiful. Those two are the ones I always lusted after growing up though.

What's the extent of the restoration, I'm wondering in some of them? Most of them seem to have good overall color so I'm guessing it's not color touch in any localized spots - maybe it's seals around the staples or some paper added to the interior or something? Just trying to narrow it down as on the surface, it's not too obvious looking at these books, only noticeable from seeing the purple banner at the top of each book.
They mostly said extensive so that means like pieces missing were replaced.

I have about ten archival boxes of Golden Age comics that I’ve been collecting from the late 1980’s to the present day,
None of them are anywhere near your collection though,
I have a Detective Comics #80 3.0 that I had Jerry Robinson sign back in the 1990’s and a Lamont Larson All American Comics # 7 5.0 and some other GA comics but I’ve never seen a collection like yours outside of a dealer on the scale of say

You have to do a video where you open up the books so we can see inside to really appreciate what these books were really like both inside and out. Otherwise what good is it to have a collection if you can't drive other collectors insane with jealousy and what better way to do this than to show more.

His collection must be worth well over 20 million dollars. Most of those keys are high grade including the AF15 and he has multiples of those. I can only imagine that the collection has been passed from generation to generation.....something I want to do with mine....but my collection is nowhere in this level.

Well, someones bitter. It doesnt matter if he has them restored, hes collecting not only as an investment but also because of the beauty of them, I mean just look at them. Even if they werent restored and if they were just ratty clumps of paper the fact is he HAS them. But the ones he has shown before he has said whether they were restored or not. And now I know this may be hard for you, it's called using that arrogant brain up there and realize the fact that if you had the means to purchase the comics he has that you would seek the highest quality you could find. But, in short. The point is, he has all of them and you dont lol.
