This was a great show on how collecting golden age rare books is so much more fulfilling. Just looking at the first submariner on cover to Suspense 3 is what drives me to collect historic books like those. Hulk 181 anyone lol 😂

Small correction - Marvel Mystery Comics 9 isn't the first comic where superheroes fight, it's Marvel Myster Comics 8. Marvel Myster Comics 8 is the comic universally known as the first "cross-over" comic where two superheroes end up in the same book. The fight takes place over 3 total comics: 8.9.10. - People mistakenly provide that title to #9 because #8 doesn't depict them fighting on the cover. - Also, insane collection! Thanks for sharing.

Awesome ! I have the File Copy of MMC #8 ! And many even rarer esoteric golden titles/issues as I focus more on the none blue chip titles , I have books that are single digital census counts and low 20s and teens. Love your content !

Great books! Though i wouldn't call MLJ 'squeky clean', maybe after they decided to go full steam ahead with Archie, but some of their Hero (Pep, Hangman, Zip) WWII covers can stand with the best of Timely imho.

Beyond RUclips, the CGC golden age boards are great. Many of the biggest golden age dealers and collectors are on there. Thread after thread of deep dive info.
Also, if you're looking into a fun, exceptionally interesting read check out the Secret History of Wonder Woman by Jill Lepore. I've been meaning to make a video on that topic. Fascinating.

Amazing books///such a high level collection /// im mostly after silver and bronze with maybe 25 ga's //my rarest ga book by fluke is FFunnies #9 its raw but i see only 14 unrestored copies on the cgc census /i saw a gerber book where they didnt have a pic of it (older gerber copy i guess)
