I would honestly say you've kinda hit 11:42 the jackpot with lots of key issues. Tht Sandman is worth quite a bit. I think the purple version.
If that Zap is a first printing, that's like a $1000 book

I saw a few underground comics like the Motor City Comics 1 it’s the 50c issue…. If it’s in fn + condition it could be 100.00….. most of those books have a low print run

Those were some amazing books for someone to just give you out of trust that you would pay him what they’re worth. this is what our community should always be about.
Badger #15, one of my favorite characters and covers when I was a kid! #16 being my favorite.

A great piece of trivia about that Astonishing Tales #25. Not only is it the first appearance of Deathlok, but the backup story has the first published work of George Perez.

Love the video Gary some great finds, but I think you left out Batman Family # 17 one of the last books. it's the 1st team up of Catwoman and Poison Ivy.

Definitely more keys in this video than in that entire 12 or 13 part mega collection you went thru! 😅 Definitely got it all for a great price.... Gonna need alot of TLC on most of those keys! My eyes were all buldging when you got to the last bin and I saw that 129 just sitting there! Holy crap that was unexpected!
The Adventure Comics 451 with Aquaman and Starro on the Cover is a minor Key- First App. of Starro since the silver age and the first major story with the character since Brave and Bold 28 (1st JLA)
The Batman Family 17 is the first team of Poison Ivy and Catwoman (and 1st “80pg Dollar Comic”). Also check out the Sgt Rock and GI Combat books- DC war have some minor keys, and there are a ton of hard core war comic fans that just want reader copies to fill runs. Fun Collection!!

Dammit, I'm yelling at the screen because it's been a few months since I've gotten anything even remotely like this! One big thing you need to look at in those ages: Mark Jewelers? I found a collection in totes like this that was filled with them at the end of 2022

That zap comics was an earlier printing with a .35 cover. You should check that out.

Nice surprises and some nice lo-grade runs -- someone wants those. Glad to see these older books and not the overpriced trash variant one-in-whatevers that pass for collectible comics today. (Sorry, I know that sounds harsh, but I am GenX old and cranky...)

That was awesome. I couldn't believe it when you opened that tote and found the ASM 129. Great little pickup. Are the magazines worth much? I see them quite a bit at my LCS but I don't know much about them other than the Creepy issues.
Low grade keys sell faster than high grade filler. Nice pickup!
Gary, when I first saw the storing condition of this collection. I said to myself, "This will not end good." But to my astonishment, towards the end, I was expecting an AF #15 to pop up. 😂😮😊👍
With seeing how these were stored, i wasn't expecting what i saw. There's some really good keys and books in here. Just wish they may have been stored a little better with board's

Marvel Chillers 7 with Tigra is the final issue of that series. In an 9.8 it's got some excellent value - a complete set is for sale atm on the bay for 90$ or best offer so there's some desire for it.

You skipped by Champions #14-15 (July 1977) the first swarm appearance.
I have to imagine that for every one of these successes, there are a dozen failures that aren't catalogued. Pretty fun. I live for finding things like this, but since I am not an influencer....well...no such luck.
I've done videos on bad collection finds as well. I record everything I come across.

I prefer lots like this over bagged and boarded boxes. Usually means they don't know what they have and you can find some hidden treasures.

When you say, "disgusting", you do realize that some of us cannot afford the highest grade condition? I understand you are buying these and wish that they are in highest condition possible but many collectors love some of these books and would love to have any copy even if they are not in the best of shape.
When I say disgusting, i mean the dirt and grime. Not the condition. I say in a bunch of videos how low grade is just affordable. I also say low grade is better than no grade. It's alot easier to move a low condition key than it is to move a higher grade.

That Strange Tales may be one of the most ugly covers ever- that’s why Gamora’s first appearance isn’t worth more. Or Nebulas for that matter.
People only care about keys. People don't read them. All a key is, is a guy coming up with a reason to charge more for what a comic is actually worth.

Watching you (or really any comic youtuber) handle books makes me cringe.
"funky books" ..........those are head and shoulders better than 95% of the "good" stuff you bought. Underground comix changed everything in the 70s, for the proper art of comics, the sequential art respect that galleries give now. Crumb et al are at the pinnacle of the progress seen ever since. Do some research, dork.
When I run into a collection like this I record the video first to keep it as organic as possible. Once the video is recorded I start the research on the books I'm not sure about. Instead of insults maybe you should have dropped some knowledge.
