LeBron James can't handle pressure as it's is MJ would of broke his spirit long ago. J Mont isn't hard enough or conditioned enough to keep on the court when required is all he's shown. I mean MJ really dominated the NBA, but Lebron has been just as dominant, the guy went to 8 consecutive finals and 10 in total, he just happened to play against the greatest team ever 4x in a row, and one of the best team ever the SPURS of Duncan, Kawhi, Parker and Ginobili 3x (only 2 with Kawhi), and he has by far the longest prime ever and will completely destroy most records so for me 10 Finals 4 wins with these kind of performance against this competition is just as good as 6 finals 6 wins, it’s just like comparing Mohamed Ali and Mayweather, Ali lost many big fights but it doesn’t mean he wasn’t better than Floyd …

MJ is by far the GOAT. His game, drive, discipline and entertainment value are off the charts. Like Bob Costas said, lots of guys have skill and lots of guys have talent, but MJ gives you that level of artistry. He always just had a knack for the moment. We will never see another player like MJ. Ever. What he did for the league. I mean Lebron elevated NBA player disloyalty, greed and financial self-interest to dizzying heights. But MJ took basketball (and not just the NBA) to dizzying heights. And currently the state of play in the NBA has never been more undisciplined and unorganized. Very little on-court leadership. Difficult to watch.

Damn - if he had some legitimate help on that Wizards squad - I have no doubt he would’ve led them to the Finals and won! In this game he obviously torched Richard Jefferson and Kenyon and Kittles (Ja would get cooked!!😂)- I dare say Jordan is the greatest shooter inside the 3 point line- in history!!

Other than Stackhouse, the main problem of this roster is the rest of the guys are mainly looking for Jordan like he was going to drop 50 ppg. I mean the bigs are so terrible, outside of Kwame and Leatner, Popeye Jones and Jahidi White? This team wouldve won only 10 games if not for Jordan.

They talk about LeBron at 37...but don't want to recognize Jordan at 40 because the wizards wasn't that good of a team......give his Airness his props....this is at 40 years old!!

    Michael Jordan
    43:01 mins, 18/30 .600 FGA, 0 3pt, 7/8 .875 FTA, 10 REB, 3 AST, 4 STL, 1 BLK, 1 TOV, 2 PF
    43 PTS
    36.8 GmSc
40 year old Mike was incredible in this game, doing absolutely everything to beat the Nets by 3 points.
This Wizards team was one of the slowest in league pace and pretty average overall, featuring Tyronn Lue, Jerry Stackhouse, Christian Laettner, Charles Oakley, Bryon Russell, Kwame Brown and Larry Hughes. They were coached by Doug Collins, who coached MJ on the Bulls in his first stint. This team would not make the playoffs that year, finishing 37-45.

I don't like how folks make it about MJ and lebron. It gives lebron and undeserved credibility. The media won't let us hear the last on lebron playing at 37. He didn't even dominate the last decade. To think these old players probably never took care of their bodies like current players.
I like to see lebron play in the NBA at 40. See if it compares to what we see on this video

I'm convinced Jordan could've played until he was 45 if he wanted. He had so much in his bag of tricks that he wouldn't need his elite athleticism if he had played at that age.

This is Jordan with water on the knees in a much more physical era than what leturd plays in now. Jordan would destroy this era of basketball even at 40 if he's health.

I am just wondering, what if MJ has the same help and supporting cast as LBJ has now and when we was with Miami (Bosh/Wade) and Cleveland (Love and Irving). MJ can still win an NBA title if he got those help.

The Wizards should’ve done whatever it took to surround MJ with superstars. There’s no reason why someone like MJ should be struggling to make the playoffs. That falls under management.
