When you were tearing off the old graphics I said to myself "It would be awesome if he got some RM graphics since he uses their products so much" and would you look at that! Awesome build, I'm an aircraft mechanic in the Air Force but never worked on bikes so you definitely boosted my confidence and some stuff we do out on the flightline can come hand in hand with the stuff you did. I got an 1987 XR 100R in 1990 and it was awful slow and suspension really sucked but was my first descent bike, I'll never forget those days.
I've watched this whole sires, and i love this channel
I only recently stumbled upon his channel. I'm not really a dirt bike guy (I do ride a motorcycle, but in the dirt I ride a Banshee) but have been so impressed with his attention to all the details. Every video is well done and so informative it's crazy. After watching some of them I want to try powder coating myself!

Brake Clean works good to get the sticky stuff from vinyl and/or stickers. Also doesn’t damage the plastic or clear coat 👍

Dude thats gotta be the nicest early 2000's XR80 in the country if not the world! Holy cow man unbelievable just jaw dropping. I don't even want to know how many hours you've got in that thing... I imagine you will hold on to that bike forever because it's worth more to you than you could ever sell it for.

I am currently working on a KTM 525 rebuild project similar to your CR250 and I've purchase a soda blasting kit, Outstanding results for delicate aluminium parts, especially for those hard to reach places where the Scotchbright wheel wont reach.

Cameron I’ve always found it easier to use windex, squeegee and a heat gun to put on graphics. The windex helps it move around and the squeegee to get bubbles out.
Damn fine job! I'm currently working on an old 70cc. Just finished the motor rebuild - runs beautiful now! but I need all brakes, plastics, gas tank, swingarm... haha still much to get for it.
Looks nice .. Now all it needs is a Powroll 116 cc bore and stroke kit .. Ported head .. Hot cam .. and bigger carb..

I noticed on the peg upgrade that the wider Peg brought it closer to the shifter I don't know with the boot if that's going to be something that might require an extended shifter just throwing it out there. Bike looks good though bro as usual great job!
