I think by the time I finally get around to DD3, Gear 15 will be added to the game and the level cap will be increased to 80 or 85. Plus all the gear for gear 14 will be easy-er to farm. That's what happened with DD2 (level cap was increased to 75 and gear 14 was added and gear 13 was easy-er to farm). So I'll probably have an easier time with DD3 than those trying to do it within the first couple months. Maybe the first year or 6-9 months. But probably by then DD4 will be announced and Gear 15 and the new level cap increase will be needed.
PTCGAMING, I’m getting closer to starting DD3. I have my Phoenix and Rocket at gear 14. I have about 3-5 more characters about 1-2 gear slots away from gear 14. I even have about 15-20 characters at 75. Rocket by the way I wasn’t planning on taking to gear 14, but I had one slot to fill and during those dang unity orb milestones, I got the gear to finish Rocket. So because of minor OCD reasons, I just equipped the final piece to Rocket and made him gear 14. I actually do still use him a lot though. So it wasn’t just for OCD reasons. I mainly trying to focus on the six characters Mobile Gamer/OhEmGee is recommending. But I think DD4 won’t launch until November or December 2020, so I should have more characters at gear 14 by then and have started DD3. I’m predicting level 80 cap increase in September (level 75 was in September 2019) and gear 15 in October. I’m thinking that they want level 80 in the game first before gear 15. Might cause problems with the game’s coding. Plus give players time to get to level 76 and level 77 so the gear isn’t just sitting around in the gear slots and unable to equip. Unless they plan on releasing 80 and gear 15 at the same time and same update. But I think things are going as scheduled. I should have started DD3 by the time DD4 launches. I don’t really want to start DD4 until I have all the recommended characters at gear 14, plus a few extra. I may not start DD3 until the end of August at the earliest.
They don't have to worry about the boycott at all. Khasino exposed a bunch of boycotters in one of Valley's videos since he came across a bunch of boycotters bragging either on reddit or discord. A bunch of boycotters are still giving the developers money. They aren't spending on their main account, but are spending on a second or third account/profile. So the developers are still getting money from those boycotting. This whole boycott is a joke. A lot of them have Cyclops maxed out on a second or third account.
Just to add one tiny bit to this video, the name of the guy is read Tadano Mac Japan, I think Tadano is a last name and Mac is this guy's nickname, so yeah, congrats on spending millions of yen, my dude

Nice video. I haven't really even started to gear up for DD3. It'll just happen organically. If I actively attempt to gear up for DD3, I'll just stunt the overall growth of my roster. For now I'm just buying anything that shows up in the regular store. Not even spending war currency yet.
funny how much lower CP teams (even without iso) manage to one shot nodes that others had to work so hard on. I'm stuck on node 3 currently (getting close to being done, but seriously the devs who though "12 ms marvels, and 40+ other brawlers, plus a few drax so you can't focus the higher values...GREAT IDEA" can go screw themselves. ) But i'm going at it with a 380k team, and managed to get upwards of 12M on my best attack (some others were less than half a million), i guess ISO makes a big difference. Plus symbiotes (i have SSM and AV in there, along with minn hela and emma)

So this appears to be designed for players who literally sink thousands upon thousands of dollars into the game and no one else, given the requirement to have 15 T14 characters at 5 red stars or above. That's completely unattainable on a reasonable time scale unless you are spending a fortune.

I believe you could buy orbs before the milestone rewards began. He probably bought a bunch of them and until he got 7-stars or whatever it was he had for star level.
Sounds to me like your most opitmal way to run through it is to find as many tier 14 overlapping characters in the diciiplines, such as trying to get characters that qualify for global and cosmic, and city global and such as far as effeciently on not getting 20+ characters to g14 however to do it the fastest looks like your bound to grind it out which kind of stinks.
There literally is not a single character that‘s overlapping. That‘s the whole point, they are either city, global or cosmic. You need 15 different characters on G14.

Chris G Games like These are Never “fair” for f2p players. Players who are paying money always have more stuff or get along faster/better. The thing about games like these is what you as a f2p player do with it. I’m f2p, I have Ultron, got my first G14 character today, I’m in a cool Alliance with which run U7 and place around 100-50 in the Arena because I don’t have the time to play before the rewards come and I’m fine with it. I have fun playing the game. I don’t need to be the first through DD3 or place first in my Arena. You should just relax and play the game for yourself. But that’s just my opinion.
