So proud to be Asian! I congratulate the peace loving Koreans showing their resistance to martial rule and authoritarianism/dictatorship in their nation. Show to the world how Asians are far better and smarter than the westerners in handling their freedom and right to self determination! America has gone down and has lost their credibility and has shown how gullible and foolish they are condoning hatred and division, racism and partisanship! How sad their nation has become😢…
Pretty much what their Shows, Movies, and other entertainment has expressed in Korea. Watching their movies ...you go through all levels of emotions. Now Politics is included.
As a fan of much of Korea's cultural output, this was an informative session. Kudos to the people in the streets celebrating in such a creative way. Demand that your new leaders represent you and that includes fighting for the rights of women.
No need to beat the dead horse, but people who survived the 70s-80s, even the 50s are still around. They remember curfews, lockdowns, and people being disappeared. A big question is was if there any truth reasons for the Marshall Law call as in terms of corruption and cutting off a plan for invasion. Was the call for Marshal Law just a smoke screen to get things done to mitigate corruption charges? Was it a lapse in mental health? The man was the head prosecutor no? He's very bright and smart, so that adds another component to muddy the waters.
