JJ's reaction was almost as good as when someone went all in before the flop, i called with a 3-7 off suit and then the flop was 4-5-6. Dude was fuming and we weren't even playing for real money.

** Basic Poker rules:**
1. Each player gets 2 cards
2. Aim of the game is to get as good a combination of cards as possible using the 3-5 on the table and then 2 in your hand
3. The flop comes after everyone has their cards, then theres the first round of bets- if you have a strong hand you'll bet more to try and either get other people to bet as much as you and "call" or to drop out and "fold"
4. For the next card to come down, everyone remaining in the game must have bet the same amount, you either do this or you fold
5. Turn and the next card comes down, and the next round of bets
5. The river comes and everyone makes one final round of bets before revealing their cards and seeing who wins
*Good hands*
Royal flush- A K Q J 10, all with the same suit
Flush- 5 cards in a row (eg. K Q J 10 9)
4 of a kind- all 4 of one card number are on the table or in your hand
Full house- 3 cards of 1 kind and 2 of another (eg K K K 5 5)
2 pair- 2 cards of one kind and 2 of another (eg 7 7 10 10)
If 2 people have the same hand, the hand with the highest card value wins (eg 2 people have a pair, one has 2 queens and the other has 2 8's, the one with queens wins)
Certain combinations are worth more than others and the best combination wins the hand and the money in the middle
