According to Hindu mythology, asuras were supernaural dieties (they were not necessarily bad) who fought against the suras or devas. For example, Bali, Prahlada were asuras. What I take from this discussion was that the dispute is "orchestrated" . And What I gladly summarized from the discussion was that the 1991 Act does not apply to Mathura Case.
