I still can’t believe it’s already been five months but I’ve been doing it with you and wow do I feel so motivated and productive since then! Each morning I wake up at 5 go to the gym shower, eat a healthy breakfast and study Japanese and I don’t think I would’ve ever started this routine without you so thank you 💜

Finishing a journal really IS so satisfying....last time I did it, I had this crazy "end of a chapter" feeling wash over me. Even finished exactly what I wanted to say at the very end of the final page!
I relate to this video so much. Thank you for being vulnerable and showing the downs and the highs. It makes me feel like I am not alone going through a similar journey.

Thank you so much for that reminder to study the scriptures! I made a goal this week to get back on track with my study and as i was praying last night i realized i hadn’t really studied this week, and i felt bad about myself! So important to put it into perspective and just do it! The lord loves effort 💗
I love this series so much! I've also started going to the gym more regularly and it's made me feel a lot less anxious overall and has improved my mental health a lot!

I love watching your videos, it always inspires me to also get my life on track. I constantly get stuck in the feeling of comfort instead of getting up and actually making change even though it’s uncomfortable. I want to be bffs with Haley so bad lol. something I love doing that you might like is prayer journaling -- I literally just journal my prayers, and it gives me the same break throughs and realizations, while also strengthening my faith and dependence on God. I struggle with staying focused when I pray and so journaling my prayers helps with that sooo much

You literally always make my day since the first time I watched you,your such an inspiration to read more books!! And also when you do book recommendations I literally want to get every book you recommend, and every time you recommend a book and I bought it it’s always as good as you said.😍💕💗
i feel like im doing this with you :) we are on different paths and goals but it’s nice im on my journey to recovery from severe depression and just got out of the mental hospital after 4 months but they released me a week after i found out my sister died she got murder so that set me back a lot im 14 and just trying to get healthy in all aspects because i gained 50 POUNDS at the mental hospital ( it’s normal because of medication changes but not that much weight) so i just trying lose and and try and find happiness and taking care of myself!
Can't believe it's already 5 months ago since I've started watching you growing up and learning from your mistakes 🤣🤣❤️

Lovely video! Yay for cooking chicken and getting a bunch of stuff done! I love how your videos remind me to do things. I'm gonna take some time to journal (those cloth journals remind me of one I had - it was sooo nice to write in, and it was a lucky thrifted find!). It's nice to be able to look back over things and see how situations change over time.
For me, laundry is something I came to love doing. Good habits are 👍👌👏. Just got to get exercising... 😅
