- Spring break to the beach also entailed hitting a few skateparks with my son. It just so happened my buddy Phil Han was up for hangin and filming, so lo behold a little section was made. Enjoy

The Jordan of inline skating. It's a crime that he is so underappreciated by todays skaters. I would argue Dustin is the one who modernized rolling. Without him inline would look so different today.
im pretty sad to see that inlines aro so underated nowadays.. im 32 and im just back in the game..
so much RESPECT for you, mr Latimer!
Keep rolling and keep inspiring people..
Respect from Brazil
I don't really have the words to describe how happy this made me. My first and last skating 'hero'. Pleasure to chill couple times in years past. Humble gentleman. Still got it and could easily put out another epic section. Much love
I'm not alone when I say this- you were a damn rockstar back in the golden years of skating- 97-2003. Coup de tat was the best video ever put out to this day. Back when USDs had the tongues in their skates ( and everyone seemed to puff them out by stuffing socks underneath them) Then we had Brain Fear Gone, which was insanely good. You were a MASSIVE inspiration. I'm 34 now and it's been while, but I'd love to back royale to true spin soul a nice ledge ;) Thanks for the good times and inspiration.
I'm 34 I agree I will never forget coup d'etat I think brain fear gone was the peak of the rollerblades era everyone other than skateboarders of course lol wanted to be like Dustin Latimer I know I did. He's as very humble guy also.
Im 34 this guy was a legend to me. Coup De Tat was one of the first videos I ever saw and was mind blowing how good they were. Brain Fear Gone also. Dude never should have quit, he could still be skating now... But I guess he would be quite older than me.
bro you were a big inspiration back in the '90s! Big respect man! Love from London
i don't know why, but i've always loved the noise dustin's skates make when he does stuff
BRAIN FEAR GONE
As a kid who started skating in the 90's and actually got a chance to roll with DL. Absolutely mind blown when we were out there street skating. One of the GOATS hands down!! Cant believe there's actually thumbs down on this post?? For yall who gave a thumbs down on this post! 🖕🖕🖕
A true legend!
YEE!! COMMING FROM THE BAY!!! 408 SAN JOSE CALIFORNIA!! JESUS IS STILL AT IT! GOD BLESS DUSTIN LATIMER!
Always been a fan of your skating - so great to see the skill still there!
Awesome! Feels good to get my "fix" every now and then.
Thx for everything Mr latimer.... Defenetly my hero in the early 2000
Dustin used to watch you at the ASA meets and I saw you skate back in the late 90s watching you skate is poetry in motion. You and I are within about six months of being the same age and to see you be able to get out there on those skates and still do that, to still grind and to still jump over things and do the sessions that you used to do at our age is inspirational and amazing. I never got very good at inline skating I had an inner ear issue that didn't allow me much balance so I had to pursue other passions. But that didn't stop me from watching ESPN and the X Games and things like that and truly admiring you and everyone else in the sport at the time and it was so sad to hear how inline skating just kind of died and was forgotten when it was such a huge part of the 90s I send nothing but love and respect your way sir. as a matter of fact just for nostalgic sake I was just watching the David Hoffman documentary that you were in and I watched mr. Hoffman himself explain the documentary because I am now a documentary filmmaker and I like to listen to other documentary filmmakers explain their Styles and try to develop my own style so that I'm not copying anyone. And it was so trippy to see you as a little sixteen-year-old kid back then and being sponsored and to see basically the two biggest names in inline skating competing at the 1997 ASA contest. and it's sad to think of how all those companies of that era went defunct and I heard an explanation by mr. Hoffman that made sense and it was that these companies that had a lot of money were throwing huge amounts of money at a bunch of teenagers back then who had no idea how to represent a company they just knew how to skate and were incredible at their sport but had no idea how to represent a company or any clue how to be a spokesperson for a company they just wanted to skate and be recognized for their skill.
Always ahead of your time
Thats whats up!!!
Great to see you flyin!!!
yo you were my favorite pro back in the day especially after coup d'etat makes me wanna order a pair of latimers

Damn. A brothers still got it.
The messiah has risen again
You and Franky were always my favorites when I was first starting out... 15 years ago lol. You should really come out to Goodyear skate park sometime. It's got some insane setups and features. Doesn't hurt that it's never anywhere near crowded like the Wedge in Scottsdale is.
Legendary
still the best
Leyenda del patinaje..!!! Mi inspiración junto con aaron F. Muchos años patinando exactamente 15 y. Bless!!! Tank you. Por todo DUSTIN!!! Saludos desde ECUADOR SUDAMERICA
