      The homes are theirs. The property those homes are on is not.

      @@Harley_Vampy_Sis_Quinn That might be a valid explanation if you didn't pluralize "homes." As in individual homes, not a "community" home (singular). It appears you need a bit more educating than you think.

    What a shame.
    This has been going on for several years now . Mid west and the south. Sold out to big developers!!! Destroying the state of Maine.

    Who's going to loan them $40 Million dollars?... and they think they can still pay the cooperative $500 dollars per lot?... they'd have to raise their own rent...

    The trap of mobile home living is that people who can only afford a mobile home on rented land can't afford to move that home once the land is no longer for rent.
