Hi I have a 70 plate Touneo connect and the main screen and buttons do not change only the power off splash screen. Has this been stopped in newer late 2020 cars?
Forscan with extended licence and OBD2 adaptor supporting both hi-speed and mid-speed CAN. However, it may not work on euro models of cars due to some safety restriction even though other car manufacturers seem to do it perfectly fine.
@okynawahx3130 unfortunately not, this is the least of my issues now lol. The auto start/stop has enabled so everytime I start the car I have to manually turn it off using the button in order to keep the car running at traffic lights. For the past year and half the setting was disabled all the time via the settings but that's reverting now too and can't fix that for the life of me😂
@@DansDiagnostics YEs, on Fm with the volume first on 1 , then 2,3 no luck,I pressed the two buttons simultaneously and what happens is that it starts looking for radio stations. i do wrong something?
Hi Patrick, sorry I have only just seen this. I haven't had a play with the new custom, I wouldn't have thought it was any different or too dissimilar. When I am back in work I will try and find out for you
Hi Dan, my neighbour has a dog and the alarm keeps going off when she goes into the shops and leaves the dog inside because of the sensors, how do I turn this off for her? Cheers Ash.
Hi Ash, sorry for the late reply. In settings on the cluster, you can change the alarm settings. You can change it so it asks you every time you are exiting the car and you can select full guard or reduced. If you select reduced guard, the dog won't set the alarm off. Unfortunately you need to select reduced guard every time. I will try and get a video done in the next couple of days showing it. Hope this helps
When you change it to a GT for example? If that's what you mean then it can't be done and you have to reset it when you get back in the car unfortunately

On the newer models you must make sure the radio is on with the volume at least set to 1 or higher.
Yeah, but it just resets every time you start the car...So what is the point????
You DON'T need to have the ignition on or press the button on the steering wheel, just press only the skip forward button on the Sync3!
I removed the Appel Carplay from the display ??can I gat it again from this menu?

I was able to do this on my car in the past when i first got it but it doesn't work anymore for some reason. It just keeps looking for radio stations

I tried this on my brand new Fiesta and with no luck, why?
Did you have the radio set to FM? You may need to have the volume on also.
