Also if you press and hold the top 2 buttons for 10 seconds it changes the locking mode so it only locks/unlocks the drivers door not the boot or passenger door... double press open to open all locks... press and hold top two buttons again for 10 seconds will put it back to normal mode of locking /unlocking all doors on 1 press
I’d just like to point out that if you do lock your Ford vehicle by using one of the door handles as pointed out in this video you must press it twice on the lines to lock it within 3 seconds so the double locking feature is enabled .
Yes and if you lock it with the key and quickly press lock again it’ll fully activate the alarm system so anything like a fly in the cabin etc will trigger it ( in a good way of course ) thanks for watching.
I have a 2019 Mondeo Titanium. Just had it vateted and now the touch opening on the four doors does not operate ( it did prior to the clean) At the moment it operates/unlocks all four doors with the plip but only the drivers door at the touch. Any ideas please.
Check the menu on the dash under locking they probably did it to make easier, they should’ve changed it back of course, they’ve probably set it to all doors.

@@MalcolmHogg-d5eyour best is purchasing Forscan and forcing the cars cpu to do what you want regardless of what’s it set to. It’s mega helpful. Cheap too. USB Forscan is on EBay.
Hi Mate, thanks for video, Could you be able to share about the issue I have seen that my car has dropped the all 4 windows by its self, as I have parked the car for 2 days and today morning I noticed that car is locked but all the windows were down, anything known to this issue? I got Mondeo 2018, 2.0 D
You could of lent on they key in your pocket or the key fob battery’s are done, failing that buy Forscan off ebay and disable remote window locking. ( the setting can be also on the dash under the key settings )

If you open the car using the passenger door only it’ll lock the boot, if you unlock the car via the drivers door ( I’m assuming it’s keyless ) it will unlock all doors at once, it’s also on your dash under unlocking when you navigate through the options. I hope this helps.

M8 any ideas on satnav screen being black comes on when it wants butbwen its black i cant do.anything with it iv also changws the lcd acrewn and its still black
Sounds like something electrical like a relay or a module has died because a new one shouldn’t be doing it, take it to an auto electrician who doesn’t charge to plug a scan tool into the car or failing that purchase a Forscan USB ODB off EBay and grab a 3 months free trial and it’ll run all the checks you need it’ll tell you exactly what it is.

No problem thanks for watching! it does work when they bother to keep on top of the road markings etc it has a melt down otherwise and you can adjust the sensitivity of it having it just say alert not alert + aid

@@coolissimo69 lane assist under driver assist on the cars dashboard you’ll see when you press through the different settings it’ll say lane assist sensitivity

@@coolissimo69 on the highest setting yes it does, i prefer it on medium for long trips. it’s balanced them of course.

Hacks your obviously didn’t know.
1) put a wind muff/ mic muff on your mic
2) get a sock and put it on your mice to reduce wind noise
is it possible to get the smart key and make it compatible with this mondeo ?(the remote start)
I’m sure you can yes once installing the software you need first onto it and getting a dealer to reprogram the smart key to your car
you can stop holding the button once the windows are moving
