Enjoying your float training immensely. Is there a particular reason why one doesn't add the second stage of flaps a lot earlier i.e. configure the plane when on final ? Just wonder if it isn't possible to complete the last 60-45 seconds of flight with stage 2 flaps rather than reaching for flaps, whilst inadvertently changing the attitude with the yoke, skirting over the tree line etc. Happy Holidays.
Hey! I love to see the Alaska content! I've gone up in the summers since I was small because my grandparents live up there. Definitely a very special place to me and all. A dream of mine that I'm planning on pursuing as soon as possible, is flying DHC-2 Beavers up north somewhere! but I have a long way to go yet!

I'd like to know how you can control the flaps on an aircraft electrically controlled flaps. You need it to come back slowly, as you said in the last vid, but you can't really control the flap speed of electric flaps... even on manual ones on 80991. Any tips on that?
