"Woodstock '99 (also called Woodstock 1999), held July 22-25, 1999,[1][2] was the second large-scale music festival (after Woodstock '94) that attempted to emulate the original Woodstock festival of 1969. Like the previous Woodstock festivals, it was held in upstate New York, this time in Rome (roughly one hundred miles (160 km) from the site of the original event), and the attendance was approximately 400,000 over four days.
Cable network MTV covered the concert extensively and live coverage of the entire weekend was available on pay-per-view. Excerpts from the performances were later released on compact disc and DVD. Woodstock 1999 was portrayed by the media as being marred by environmental conditions, violence, sexual assault, allegations of rape, looting, vandalism, and fires. Side Note: The sound engineer did a terrible job live mixing this, apologies for the absurdly loud guitar and bass sometimes.
The source had bad noise, bad compression artifacts but now most of it is completely gone. Noise was decreased by about 85% and clarity was improved by about 75%. I used Topaz Video Enhance AI Artemis Medium Quality (High Compression VAT) at 1080p sizing with 1.0 grain at 1.0 size with H.264 Compression Factor of 6. I got lucky once again and topaz actually maintained the audio, appreciate it topaz. This video also has interlacing I can't get rid of unfortunately.
