Spawn Of Calamity Trophy/Achievement Guide!
After beating the main story at the end of Ch.9 you will now have a Clear Save file, noted by the crown symbol. This will open up Ch.10 and Aeve Zalaha will be found in the previously unreachable section of the Floating Isle of Ulul at the end of the chapter.
NOTE: UNLIKE THE TROPHY DESCRIPTION IMPLIES, YOU CAN ACTUALLY CHANGE THE DIFFICULTY TO HARD DIRECTLY BEFORE THE FIGHT!
LOADOUT:
Use Val in his base Guard Class using your best Abilities from other classes focusing on Atk, and Def stat increases. Also make sure to grab the Dark Shield+ ability seed to add protection from Aeve's Dark attacks and magic.
Use Morley's Nightblade class and equip your best Atk, Str and Crit Ability Seeds and Class Abilities. Also equip Morley with the Crystalline ability which temporarily nullifies damage to an ally.
For Careena, equip her with the Divine Fist class and have her strategy set to "staying alive'' so that she can only focus on healing and buffing the party. Use ability seeds that focus on MP and healing along with Revivifier.
FIGHT:
Once the fight begins use Dark Shield+ with Val then switch to Morley and use Crystalline. After that just hold Y/Triangle with Morley to use his special attack which teleports him to the enemy and delivers a flurry of slash attacks over and over. Try to keep Dark Shield and Crystalline up as much as possible and use a Cup of Wishes if someone gets KO'd to quickly bring them back.
