I'd be happy with being able to carve the leaf out of the apple, but the FLOWER! Just WOW.
2019??
omg... that sis so cool.... but seriously if i was served that, i would refuse to eat it. So much hard work!
Chef its good to find other Warrior Chefs here on RUclips!!! Keep it up!!!
Wow...awesome..so gifted..this takes a lot of patience. Can't wait to try it.
Seasonal is obsolete with the advent of hydroponics and controlled indoor environments. Healthy, Eco friendly produce can be grown year round in otherwise unforgiving places, like Indiana during winter for example, with minimal impact to the environment. I understand the need to be in tune with nature, but with rising populations and unstable weather that we have had recently we really need to think ahead a little bit farther than next season.
That is some awesome skills lady, Kudos
That is sooooo cool! I've always wondered how the Thai people carved the fruit.
she's a Beast!!
the soup at the end has a life of it's own

the soup is spinning on its own auguhughh!
@SuperJoeka Did you mean the soup at the end with the apple pieces in it? Well I might be wrong and probably am, but since it's for a centerpiece and they can't have the apple discoloring they probably were soaking the apples in the water with the limes (that you see below the apples) to stop yellowing.
I love this demo!!!
I have a new trick I will be showing off ..thanks ..great video
WOW you have to be an expert to do it that fast
Wow almost looks to good to eat! : D what is it that she was soaking the apples in? and what did she make the little white flowers out of?? Thanks!

Trust me guys most of Thai people are crazy to carving. specially the old people.
Even the trees, they're also carving it to get the numbers out of it xD
If you are thai or just know thai culture and daily life very well, you'll understand what i mean xD
it looks somehow very easy ;O
What kind of tool was she using?
how do they make it so that the fruit doesn't turn brown?
The REAL Fruit Ninja
awesome than x .
@YoungMoneyCanadaBeat
If you look close that is a yellow jacket. It is a kind of wasp. That's what happens when you cut up a bunch of fruit outside in the summer in California.
I think that last clip is rewinded. Then they just cut the part of where you can see a person
Have you found out wat tool was she using
If anyone is interested where to purchase the carving knife from, you can purchase it from amazon.com, on the search box just type in " Thai fruit carving knife's", the site also sells the book as well . Hopefully this helps. Have fun carving! :) btw-usually fruit carvings are for display only, but if you were to carve it yourself, why not eat it! :)
How cool!
OMG! the ending.... RICE CANDY!!!! :D that shit is like my crack i buy like 200000 boxes of that stuff and the kitty at the end is adorable
love the artwork btw so beautiful :3 when i get a job i kinda wanna do something like that

LOL there's a huge difference between where the pro did it and you did it on the watermelon
How did she make the white flowers?
Whoah!
what do u call the knife used?? please and thank u
That is one sharp ass knife O_O
thats awesome
bravo !
It's actually very easy to do, but the field does not pay terribly well, especially during a Recession! If you develop this skill in addition to overall culinary training your employer will be more likely to keep you on payroll when business slows down, but by itself this skill will not keep you well fed.
hey anyone know where can i contact those people for the mukimono?
That's about as fresh as food can be, if it's still moving! :D
buenisimo me enseño mucho
shaping the apple logo with a water melon. Now thats a challenge!!!

A tomato is a fruit or a vegetable?:-/

If I tried this, I would probably get frustrated and throw the watermelon at the wall yelling "How's that for art?!?!?"
