Sick. That got the adrenaline pumping with the bears running at you, which isn't something I expect from a Tim Kellner film haha. I also didn't expect Alaska to be so green and lush - in my head I've always seen it as a cold, snowy tundra. Amazing work man!
@@JoshEdwardsFilms I'll admit, I take it for granted, and videos like these remind me to appreciate what I have around me more. I hope you find your way to Alaska during the summer, It's an incredible time you won't forget.
I lived in Alaska for 11 years and summertime in the great north is one of the greenest, most amazing places on the planet (south-central and southeast mostly)
One of the most well put together wilderness shorts I have ever seen. This deserves recognition throughout all outdoor communities and I hope to see more work like this Tim. More than ever in the year 2019 we need continued exposure and motivation for human beings to visit and enshrine our sacred natural areas. Work like this will continue to provide such a stimulant in the ordinary person, who is unaware of the treasures the earth holds. Well done Tim and thank you for sharing the best of our planet!!
Tim this made me miss Alaska so much it made my heart ache. I keep coming back to this because you captured the eerie loneliness and vast wilderness so incredibly well. When there, it's a visceral feeling. This film did it justice.
Ok just had to pause for a second at 0:51. So I LOVE that you don't get the "correct" exposure, or brighten up some spots. That train shot was perfect. It's dark, but you can see the beads of water on the train on the left. I love when you keep it dark, but I can still see the detail that matters. Absolutely love that. thanks for sharing your creations here.
Probably one of the best videos I've seen you produce. Vids like this make me both want to make videos and not want to make videos, because it is really tough to match this kind of quality. I just wanted to say I really I appreciated it. Thank you
Tim you always come out with such wonderful films! So poetic and raw at the same time, so simple and powerful! Love your art dude! You’re truly an inspiration!
I am in awe.... wow. Captivating, breathtaking and thrilling from start to finish. the colors, the clearity, just the moods you capture are mesmerizing. watching those bears must have been unreal, wow.
The way you are able build atmosphere in your videos is unique; resulting in something downright mesmerizing! I could watch these types of videos for hours..Well done!
I love how your work is so complex and so simplistic and cinematic at the same time. no fancy transitions no crazy speed ramping. just raw moments and beautiful footage with a story.
I keep coming back to watch this, Tim this amazing. The music you've written has this intense rawness to it that matches up beautifully with the visuals. Incredible work!
Every video you release I always wish they were 10x longer and this one is no exception. Truly amazing. Thank you for sharing this experience of a lifetime
this cinematography honestly left me gasping in awe as the scenes changed, you never fail to impress with what you create Tim, I'm always excited for the next video :)
Feeling like watching a Christopher Nolan Short-Nature Film. Great pictures, great sound and an awesome atmosphere. Something between mystic, epic, danger and beauty. Great work!
The colors, music, atmosphere, it's all freaking amazing me. I follow you since years and your style really mesmerized me, I really appreciate what you're doing, it's inspiring.. Thank you
This was so well done. It's a great reminder to everyone that fancy transitions that we see so often, are not the story to be told. You provided an awesome look into the Alaskan back country. Thanks for the video Tim.
Wow this is absolutely the most beautiful thing I’ve ever seen. The way you captured Mother Nature is just wow! You pulled me in with amazing editing and music. Awesome job!!!
This is a *MASTERPIECE* ! Amazing work on the edit, the sound design and the flow of the video. Now i have to *try those things* for my own videos, thanks a lot for sharing your work with us !
The way you incorporate the sound of nature and your track, chills mate, it's so good! This makes me want to experience alaska, in my head I'm planning it, northern lights, grizzly, helicopter, and dog sledding. 👍
I'm in awe of your work.. Every time, and I mean it, I put it in full screan and I enjoy the beauty of thoses 3 minutes.. Some shots are amazing, I wish I could have filmed them. Really great work, please continue!
Knocked it out of the park again. That last frame with your font. Just wow. My eyes were drooling, can eyes drool? Well they did for this. Great stuff Tim :)
Absolutely stunning! My favourite of yours is probably still "Woods", but this one definitely took a number two spot from "Arctic". Amazing mood and footage Tim!
Love everything about this video. The shots, edit, color, music, sound design. Super impressed that you composed the music yourself as well. It creates the perfect mood and energy for the film. Great job Tim!
I watched "Grizzly Man" again recently. I really enjoyed seeing your cinematography of Alaska and appreciate your editing skills. Just noticed you made the music too. Wow. Kraig brought me here. New fan.

This is really nice but you can tell that the bears are fake.
Were they Jacob and yourself dressed up?!?!
yeah this is Tom Rosenthal's new costume, the watermelon costume is too old now lol
i love how he put it so close! Great faking! :)
Adrian Bliss They’re Trump children!
Shit just wanted to search for the 'song' they used in the description.. 😂 Well, would have been nice to have this as a song..
