  • I received a Laser Tree K30 module a few weeks back. This was to replace the 10 Watt Module on my XTool D1 non pro. Installation was fairly simple. However, I did need to talk with Laser Tree to get the proper mounting plate and 8 pin to 3 pin adapter wire.
If you're going to order one of these for your XTool D1 Non-Pro, please contact Laser Tree and make sure they know you have a "D1 Non Pro" so they can include the correct mounting plate and cables.
Here is the link to the laser module from my Amazon Affiliate store (I may earn a referral fee if you click this link and purchase the module).

Mike - Thanks for the great video, I’m excited to learn they supply these upgrade parts as the original D1 support of any kind has dropped off the face of the Earth! Any chance you could post a review of the installed module and its performance? Thanks in advance!

Do you know if the 30w laser tree can be installed in the frame of a 5w xtool d1 pro?

Can't you install this on the pro aswell? I'm looking to replace my laser on the 20w pro. 10 or 20 will do. But I'm not good at this stuff. Do u have to replace the whole module or can you just replace the actual laser? Many thanks 🙏👍👍👍👍

Yes, this installs a little easier on the Pro. You don't need the custom mounting plate, the one that comes with it will work. Also, you don't need the external power supply. But you do need the 8pin to 3 pin adapter to go from the XTool Control board to the Laser Tree Adapter Board! I would ask them about including that in your order when you order it

@@dannoc1070 I don't see why it wouldn't. You're not replacing the Xtool Control board. That's the part that is compatible with XCS. Personally I use LightBurn. Join the LaserTree FB Group and talk to the Admin, they are very helpful!

any chance you can scan the bottom of the adapter and make that scan available so we could recreate this 3d printed?

I already created one and used it temporarily. I put it on Thingiverse. Part number: 6449713. It does not take the place of the metal one that Laser Tree can supply. Contact Laser Tree for that part. This is only meant to be a temporary solution.
