When her mom visited us, she cooked wonderful meals, but one I never forgot was her dipping leftover kim bap in an egg wash and frying it for us for breakfast. My mind was blown and I immediately thought of french toast even though it wasn't sweet. This was a fun video. Thanks!
Hi TJ. Some yummy looking recipes. I think next time I get Kimbap I will order extra just to have leftovers to try frying it dipped in egg that looked great and the breakfast rice is great too. Looking forward to your next video. Keep smiling and stay safe

Add canned Tuna and gochujang to that egg rice and that should liven the flavor more. If I was making that I’d also add shredded sharp cheddar cheese (yeah I’m weird).
Everything looks so tasty ! Such a great idea to pan fried up the left over! I’ll have to give that a try sometime. Thank you cupoftj for these recipes ! You should also add fish sauce to the soup if you have it handy !
I want to make that soup. I have dashi powder that I bought from my Asian market…I believe it’s made with anchovy, so I could use that in place of the chicken stock, no????

Loved your simple recipe. Quick and easy to follow. I would put tofu, chicken or beef instead of spam. "Spam has nitrates ". Pickle white radish instead of yellow color radish. Yellow color radish has potassium sorbate " chemical additives ". Thank you .🥰🥰.
