Thank you Tracy for this interview. I appreciate all you do for us.
Hey Tracey great video and info, see you on the next one take care ❤❤❤❤❤
Thank you, thank you, thank you!! I have been waiting for this video! ❤
Tracey...I appreciate this video greatly! I lost my dad in May...my siblings and I had to weed through everything on our own and it was horrible. Luckily, we had no inner family drama to deal with but the whole process is difficult regardless. Thank you
❤
Thank you!!!
I’m currently taking an estate workshop & am learning so much. I was one of those people with their head in the sand. Now I just have to pull my husband out. Thanks for sharing 😊
Hi Tracey, great interview. You’re a great interviewer, you’re intelligent and you’re sweet and very pretty. I saw a interview from the old Johnny Carson show with
Bo Derek and you look just like Bo.
Thanks, Sal from New Orleans
Now that’s a compliment 😁 Thank you
Even with having a plan ahead of death, anything can change. My parents had things in place. But people change. Communication is key. My brother treated it like it was his business. So my Mom changed the trust after my Dad passed. She did it her way. Needless to say, he resigned from being in charge. I haven't seen or spoken to him in several years. It is what it is.
My dad passed 17 years ago and mom 2 years ago. There was 3 of us siblings. 2 passed away. So each time we had to change the will plus had parents buriel prepaid contracts done years before. So it was pretty easy with lawyer and paperwork. Be prepared and if you have the funds take care of as much as you can. ✌️
Fantastic video! Best one of all and why ? Going through it right now . A home run with this one!
A great book to read is Dying with Zero.
I understand why some people just leave it to probate. It’s quite complicated. As a single 76yo person , I’m thinking of naming charities as beneficiaries. I do think I need to hire a lawyer to be executor because I don’t really have family to do it.
This is Crucial life information. Thank you!
Thank you, ordered the book, need to do this! Appreciate you sharing your knowledge.
Thank you
Thank you!!❤️
Thank you for this helpful video. i just went through this and hopefully have everything arranged properly. I enjoy watching your videos and think you are such a pretty lady.
That is exactly what I want. A revocable trust. I want my kids to get everything but I want to be able to control my assets. I am in a 7 year marriage with our own kids/grands. My property is family property and all owned before this marriage. Thought I could do this with the will I have. Hmmmm.
Actually, you can have as much as you want in various demand deposit accounts (bank, brokerage firms, etc.) with beneficiaries documented and named for each account. All that's needed to avoid probate then is the decedent's death certificate. No probate or trusts needed for that.
True. If you own a home, though, it should be in a trust to avoid the time and expense of probate.
@@krisb7465We have everything in a revocable family trust.
