Ouch! Wait... 12,000 - 13,000 for three bedrooms? Maybe that's not bad. I mean, I sure as well couldn't afford that on an English teacher's salary, but it's probably a good value for some people.
That's a 3BR price.. if you are single teacher.. you can get a studio or 1BR for 1/3 of the price. But you can also have roommates to share your 3BR.
HI Kelly moving to GZ soon, new yr from Canada, 2 people, lking for 2-3 bedroom, modern, maybe areas with some expats?, will have a car as well, so does not need to be central. also retired. please P message for some suggestion of area and availability , rent first then buy once i am sure of location later
