First one is better because second one is on a lower floor and the construction can be noisy and dusty. One concern with the first one is kitchen opposite bathroom, not good feng shui, fire facing water. Conflicts in household and possible stomach issues. Way to alleviate is to hang a long curtain on the bathroom door to block it.
