- I’m moving to a new apartment that’s much closer to my job. I’ve been driving about 2 hours per day. I decided to rent a place only 10 minutes from my job.
Here I’ll give you all a tour of the new place as it is before I move in.
Later I’ll make another video and give a tour after I’ve decorated and settled in and changed a few things.
If y’all have any suggestions on decorating the new place let me know.
That’s a nice building and your unit is perfect for 1 sometimes 2 people. Lots of windows as a result of thoughtful architects/planners. Great price. Congrats. You will need to run that mini split AC along with a top notch air purifier. Very doable. There’s got to be some “camouflage” number you can do with the gas meter and the water heater …some kinda fake shelving with LED lights bouncing indirectly along the wall or something to that effect. 😂

Best of luck !
400 dollars is a good deal!
China so clean
@@geopaulet923 it is extremely dirty actually
I noticed you use the word "decorate." I work in Korea but my wife and I have a home in Beijing. One summer she went back a few weeks before me to "decorate" the apartment there. In my mind I imagined new curtains. Little did I know "decorate" can include jackhammering tiles, rewiring and rerouting plumbing, new plaster, and all new fixtures. What would take months in California she was able to do in 3 weeks. You apartment is well "decorated," I look forward to more videos about where you live and your daily life.
Thanks for sharing. Yeah I used the word decorate because I just bought simple things to change the look. Replacing tiles and fixtures and things like that I would consider remodeling. But , I’m no expert lol 😝.
Pretty cool video. I just recently started checking out vids on China overall and am blown away at not only the crazy affordable housing (I'm from USA so that is my comparison) but also the futuristic looking public transportation systems across the country! China really moved WAY up my possible retire early locations for sure. Thanks a ton for sharing and looking forward to checking out your other vids on China as well.
Thanks for the comment. I’ll try to share some more informative videos in the future.
Love the apartment
Nice clean spot
Love your videos 🔥💯🙏
Love this! I live in Beijing now but this is reminding me of my awesome 2000 rmb studio in 杭州富阳 awhile ago 😅. Thanks for sharing your experience with us! Yay for downsizing 🎉.
Thanks for watching. I’m gonna have to go check out your channel. I’m working on a new plan for improving my content. Hope I can make better videos you enjoy in the future.
very nice and what is a good deal!!!
Not bad just add your touch to it .the rack in the master u could hang some kinda masculine curtains to hide it.
much better than your previous condo. this seems way more brand-new, cozy and simplistic. But 400+ per month is a bit expensive
Expensive for China? Because you would be in some rat infested hole in certain parts of the uk. The price is amazing.
Wow, a very nice apartment and for that price!! 😯 Food should be cheap too!
Yeah not bad at all. The food is definitely affordable. Living here as an expat you have lots of disposable income for saving etc ..
Beautiful apartment! What is your job?
Wait! You have to go through the bathroom to get to that other room?!?!
you can't rent this quality apartment at UK, US with such nice price
Nice
You're looking at about $600pwk for a 2 bedroom and a office in an surroundings like this.
♥️
The outdoor air looks very hazy and polluted. Otherwise nice video.

@@meetrizzy I think so. As long as your connection is stable.
@@viewpointabroad ok thanks. I want to live in a high rise and pay only $400 as well lol while having superpower infrastructure 🙏
This is not Shanghai, otherwise this price can only rent a toilet😂
Nah not in Shanghai. It’s in Guangdong. Foshan
@@viewpointabroad I have been to Foshan many times that I have lost count. Foshan is famous for all kinds for Aluminum products.

400 dollars can get you pretty much anything you want. You want massive but slightly older and out of the way?... done. Modern, smaller in a good location....done.
That’s not true. It depends on the city in China

Tôi đang đề cập đến những căn hộ có diện tích hơn 80㎡
China is pretty cheap considering it's a developed country.
Yes , I agree 100%

It is a very unique situation in China where rent is cheaper than to buy an apartment. Price to buy is very high.
And China is a developing country, not developed.
@@Jayjay-2007 what makes fit cheaper to rent than to buy?
