100% true .. I'm started with bose AM 10 at my 20th age . But now I'm using vintage JBL 3 way speaker with valve amplifier and other class AB integrated amplifiers, Topping D30 hi-res dac.

Good review! Bose is very good speaker brand and makes good products. But not for audiophile category. Its true that they wont list out frequency response and RMS rating speakers on their description and I think their woofer frequency cannot handle down to 50hz subwoofer category and there are other high end brands can handle down to 10hz or even more. They have theirown DSP to deceive people and not intended to reproduce what the musicians originally created.
I have QC 15 headphone, still works perfect.
One I had to buy a docking speaker and end up in sound dock 10 and bowers and wilkins (B&O was exempted due to exorbitant price ) and finally I chose B&W zeppline air over bose sound dock 10.
I am not an audiophile but stills i can make out what was missing from bose despite its bass perfomance, when I listened both speakers side by side and decided zeppline air was the clear winner when considering its elegant highs,mids and balanced lows
Zeppline air still works as charm
I never heard but somebody can try listen to FOCAL Dome flax speaker setup instead of lifestyle 650 or
B&W or sonos or B&O products

Focal is way above expectations for Bose targeted audience. Many people realise this and move on from Bose.
For some Bose is already good enough. They are not critical listeners. Just want to have a good time.

Well said. 100% true.My first choice was bose. But, after a thorough research i changed my mind. Now I am using Marantz AVR and klipsch towers. Its far better than highly expensive bose.

I am using ONKIYO 636 AVR 7.1 channel .I need additional 2 channel for Atmos .Can I link ONKYO 5.1 AVR along with 636.I am not sure about practical side .If it is possible I will buy ONKYO TX NR 595 is it possible?

Is it worth to buy Bose900 sound bar &700 base module together for around 1600$ ? As a home theater purpose? If no what is the best option for that price range?
You can get a Marantz NR/ SR AVR and set of Klipsch speakers. If you want to save some money , get Sony SS CS3/ Cs5s.
I won't recommend Bose for home theatre or critical listening.

Bose speakers ഒരു experimental സൗണ്ട് manufacturing company ആണ്. Basically they are manufacuring space communication devices for NASA. Audiophiles are not recommending this brand any more. ഇത് ശരിക്കും മനസ്സിലാക്കണമെങ്കിൽ മറ്റു audiophile speakers കേട്ടു നോക്കണം. Like Elac, Sonus Faber Focal, B&W, Klipsch, Wharfdale and many more.Bose manufacturing portable bluetooth speakers nowadays. They discontinued their highly acclaimed 1967 model 901 and other series like acoustimass due to fire hazard concerns.

Try Bang & Olufsen headphones. Then you realise the quality of sound

A Good Sub or two is necessary for a good cinema experience. Get one that fits your room and budget. I have couple videos on Subwoofers on this channel.

Get a pair of Sony SSCS5 bookshelves and a Sony ES vintage amp. You can’t get that amp get a class D amp like SMAL DA 9. Any decent class AB amp with 70 W per channel will do.

@@princekurian718 Pro Audio/ PA gear is not suitable for home listening as they are built for high SPL pro applications. Hence offering a high SPL capability at the expense of frequency range and finesse. This is why their pro subs don’t go under 40Hz.

Bose home theaters - just fix and play, space saving. Mix and match speakers are far better but only for trained ears and hands. Audiophiles just keep on tweeking than enjoying music..

I like the wide soundstage by the bose am 10. I dont like Klipsch speakers, they are big and I never liked it.

Still if someone is buying Bose, then it maybe because of brand reputation, aesthetics and because they may be lazy to do their research. 😂
