And the ship was actually already hitting the bottom, and you can see the water line of the boat is way out of the water and the ship is fully ladened with container's. With this many containers on the ship , the water line painted in red shouldn't be showing at all. These container ship's have a flat bottom hull, to fit as many containers as possible in the ship's cargo space below decks and that's why this ship stopped before hitting the concrete walk way..
