Why Does This Happen To Me

Sometimes making a custom route on a Ride Planner no matter which software you use, you can still end up on a dirt road even if you have settings to avoid such roads. I don't mind hitting a short dirt road once in a while but when you end up on a road with more gravel than dirt it really sucks. I had a really bad experience not long ago in this link fb.watch/f94lU... and on top of that a road with craters thank god I didn't have my g/f with me that day or this b/c she has a bad back and recently had knee surgery.
