Wow, that was great! Luckily I already have my LLC and trademark. No, it's not about Lizzie Borden which is my side gig hobby. I received my federal USPTO trademark after an excrurciating 11 months but I also got one from the state I live in prior to that. I want to do private label but I might have to sell other ppl's products until I make enough money. Loved ur video!
Your generosity of doing free education videos one after another is deeply appreciated! I have an LLC and trademark already and would like to try this method out. What kind of income should I realistically expect per month, if you could please share?
Honestly it will really depend on your purchasing power and what type of accounts you have access to open! The more you can put in and buy, the more you can push back out for profit. Margins aren’t typically great for wholesale- but if you can create multi packs and bundles, this will help to increase profits and get competition off of the listings.
Thanks for the video, explained well and makes good sense. However, if you sell 2 bottles and 2 pumps for $19, I don't see where the profit is. Could you pls explain that to me or walk me through that? OR, if you sold 1 bottle for $14, I didn't see a profit there as well. I really appreciate your insight, thanks.
You are the best, love your videos. Thanks you. Subscribed :) Question: If I am only brand approved instead of brand registered am I still allowed to use the brand of the product I am selling in the title of the bundle like Toroni?
Thank you for your video. I am a subscriber and still waiting for the next video about PPC. :)) question, If you are just brand approved and not brand registered, can you still use the brand of the products in your bundle in the title of the listing?
Have you released the PPC video in relation to this bundling video? I saw a PPC video but I am not sure that's the one you refered to at the end of this video. Thank you again for these amazing videos.@@ProfitGuru1
@@ProfitGuru1so if you are combining two products obviously it will be from brands in most of the cases then for creating bundles you can list them under the generic tab. So my question is why you say that we cannot use a brand name under a generic tab. Then how we will be listing it if a brand is reselling freindly
Hi Cassondra! Many thanks for this complete video! I´ve followed the steps that you suggest, already have my brand as Pending, so went into the Brand Registry application within Amazon. But I´m stuck here as for the Product Information I´m supposed to type in "1-3 ASINs that represent your brand. The brand name on the application should match the brand name on the ASIN." So the question is, if I want to do party supplies bundles (made of unitarily products from one or two different brands) under my own brand (just as you explained us with the Torani syrups plus any other item from a different source), what should I type in here if these unitarily products are not from my brand? Customer Support says this is an optional field, but it isn´t and I can´t continue with the process. Hope to hear from you, many thanks!!!
@@ProfitGuru1 Good for you:) And what about the Product Images? I´m supposed to upload images of the party supplies I want to sell in a bundle (from two different brands), but these images MUST clearly display my brand name, which obviously they don´t:( How did you do with this, if the Torani syrups don´t have your own brand? I´m still stuck with the Brand Registry application due to this... MANY MANY thanks for your advice! Regards from Spain:)
I love the content you are making the video on what you do and it is authentic it come from practically doing it , it would be great to have you as mentor
Very interestin Casondra - but I got a few questions. Isn't there a risk of IP violation selling other brands under your listing? I mean, if I have my own Amazon brand/store and decided to create a new listing for Nike shoe + Nike sock bundle, couldn't Nike try to take down my listing and reportig my Amazo account for copyright? Sounds like a huge risk.
Yes, there can be a risk. I have had some brands not care and I’ve had others that made me take my listings down. It’s always a good idea to get approval directly from the brand (especially a big brand like Nike)!
question. So you said, I can create an A+ content too? what are the things that I should think about to avoid IP complaints? I am brand-registered. Also, my coaches also told me that even if other sellers jump into my listing (if I don't have a unique item), Amazon will still give me preference on the Buy Box since I created it. Is that true?
Very nice video, but I have a question. Amazon Bundling Policy states that the bundle listing brand should match the brand of the highest price item in the bundle, which does not apply to the example you mentioned?
I have brand registry- so in my case I use my own brand name. But yes if you don’t have brand registry then be sure you’re approved to sell the brand and that you’re ungated and then list with the brand name of the highest value.
@@ProfitGuru1 That means the only case we are allowed to do not use the brand of the highest price item in the bundle as a bundle brand is when we are brand registered. Is that correct?
Hi, am i able to use Brand names in Title, Bulletpoints and description with my own brand? In another course i was told i am not.. where can find an official statement about this from amazon?
You want to use your OWN brand name that you registered? Yeah absolutely. If you don’t have brand registry and you’re making listings and putting brand names in them- that’s not allowed.
Hi, instead of coming up with another name to trademark under my LLC can't I just trademark the LLC and use that name to sell bundle items or will it lead to other issues?
Your LLC name is your business name. Then your registered trademarks are the brands that your business owns- so you can register several trademarks under your LLC business. But if the business name is also what you want as your brand name you can as long as the trademark is available.
I noticed that even if you are brand registered, Amazon wouldn't let you put some brand names on your listing or even the picture of their product... i.e Vaseline.
And not all brands are reseller friendly EVEN if you have brand registry… if you aren’t permitted to sell their products, then they’ll make you remove the listing.
So when you have your own brand and get the whole trademark approval, people can still jump on your listing? I thought that was the whole point or one of the points of becoming branded and having your own trademark? No?
Because I don’t own the ip property in my bundles, I can’t technically issue a violation. BUT that’s where the branded product comes into play, it should be enough to scare nearly all completion away.
Great info, except for one piece of information. When creating a bundle, for the love of Pete, don’t use a fridge magnet or chip clip. In the Torani example, a fridge magnet has NOTHING to do with syrup. You’re asking for trouble down the road if you do this. PLUS, your branded item has to be of more VALUE than the other products included. And, I disagree that you need to buy huge quantities of product. Test 4-6 items before you spend thousands of dollars. Build slowly!
Solid points! In the case of the Torani- a recipe card is the best choice! But I have several friends in the game larger than me who use a fridge magnet when nothing else makes sense and they’ve been good to go. Also regarding the test buy- I completely agree with!!!!! My test buys were big because I was confident in the product and it was the end of q4 so I knew the check-in time would be significant. But I’ve been burnt in the past! Smaller test buys are good too!

Thanks Mark! 😊
Great info, thank you! One question; Don't you need to be ungated in the brand, in this case Torani, to be able to sale their products into a bundle?
Yes, you have to be ungated and approved to sell the brand to list it in your bundle.

@ProfitGuru1 getting permission directly from brands , thats not possible for average Amazon sellers.
There’s nearly a billions items on Amazon but people want to focus on brands that give the most problems.

Hi, can you tell me the cost of filing the trademark using Ideal Legal ? many thanks, love the vids, greetings from London.
Legal zoom was awful- worst experience I’ve ever had! File through Amazon registered agents instead! It’s less expensive and faster.
Gem! Thanks
Should the trademark be on the same as LLC registered?
You register your trademark under your LLC name… so your LLC owns the trademark.

@@ProfitGuru1 much appreciated for the clarity and great video as always.
How much does the trademark cost?
It depends on how you file. I chose an Amazon third-party to register for me and I think it was around $700 for one class.
Thanks you for this video. Would you need approval from Torani? Is it ok to use only the white background image, is that still copyright?
Yes I had to be approved by torani. I wouldn’t suggest to use their photo without making significant edits to it and make it your own unique photo.
I noticed that even if you are brand registered, Amazon wouldn't let you put some brand names on your listing or even the picture of their product... i.e Vaseline.
